There’s no way to contact anyone about a messed up order you can get support on the app but then you don’t get to talk to anyone they say someone will be in contact within 24-48 hours but then no one ever contacts you

Stopped in for a late lunch around 330 -4 pm. Best bk I've had in a while food was hot and fresh whopper looked like it was going to be a ad fries hot and a nice an clean dinning area.

Most pathetic Burger King around hands down. Made me wait 15 mins in the drive-thru only to tell me they're only taking door dash order and turned me away. I don't even have door dash. The place just remodeled and they are still trash.

I usually order whopper Jr. From the Front St. Location near my home in Toledo. Lately, the buns don't seem fresh. I thought it might have just been left over. However, the buns still seem stale. The last several times I have visited. Please chech the freshness of the buns.

This place just lost my debit card. And im furious. I 100% clearly remember her swiping my card but not givong my card back i didnt think anything of it. Then got my receipt and food and moved on. I went to McDonald's since bk's ice cream.machine was down. They told me 20 minutes, i reconfirmed 20 minutes and waited in the parking lot, only to be told another 20 minutes. Thays when i went McDonald's only to realize i never got my card back. I immediately drove back to bk only to be told we gave it back to you. (Check my pockets) so i n pulled up and strip searched my car in the slight possibility that they did actually give it back. But its nowhere to be found. I never got it back from them. They lost my card amd i am furious

When you pull up don't expect which service. Not sure if there was a shift change or not but I pulled up to place my order at 7:51 and was told to wait a few moments. No problem. Then I saw an employee that was taking the orders go inside. So I asked "hello" and was told to wait. I finally was able to place my order at 8:07 and they had the nerve to try and rush me.I understand being short staffed or shift change or whatever ... but tell people what's going on. So rude. They are just as rude as the McDonald's down the street. ??

The best part of this place is the beautiful landscape outside. If you plan on dining in there is no drink station for you. They pour your drinks behind the counter and that's absolutely stupid. The tables were sticky and disgusting, covered with food. All the ceiling fans are bowing downward and look like they are going to fall at any second. The food was 100% old and nasty. I got an original chicken sandwich and you can tell it was microwaved before being handed out. Seriously? The employees don't seem to care if there is a family in the lobby, you'll be hearing the F word being dropped every 2 seconds and disgusting conversations taking place right at the counter! Whoever is the general manager needs to be replaced because this place is atrocious!
