The staff was incredibly friendly, there was a lady who was working the register that did her absolute best to help me save money. I had a very large order & she went above and beyond to ensure that she placed the order in a fashion that would help me save the most money based on the deals offered!! She was an absolute sweetheart!!

Pulled up to the drive-thru window.. nobody ever came to the speaker I yell hello and nobody answered.. so I pulled to the window to give him my order... And they have the nerve to tell me to go back around in order 😡 so you don't do your job and you inconvenience the customer and make them go back around.. very unprofessional and very rude.. so ghetto exactly what I expected... I will not go back to this location

I come to this place faithfully and get the same thing….. by time I get home I have something I didn’t even order… I ordered a bacon jr burrito got home took a bite and it’s filled with sausage like how do y’all know I’m not allergic to that kind of meat. Y’all gotta listen better when people are giving orders.
Tried to order 5 whopper jr and 2 lg fries and they would do 5 jrs and 2 medium fries. Not what I ordered.

Friday the 13th 2025 at 11:00 p.m....Stopped in craving a double Whopper with cheese cut in half add bacon not to mention heavy mayonnaise!! Took one bite when I pulled out the parking lot.. I had to turn around and go meet the cook and gave her a $20 tip... It's hard to find good service and food in Toledo especially late night.. the young lady that took my order she was pleasant and respectful!! Oh I forgot one major point! from the time I place my order at the drive-thru window and pick my Whopper up maybe 3 minutes...
