I went to the Burger King at Monroe and Central Avenue. I walked in and was going to order at the counter and then just decided to do an online purchase. I wanted to try the chicken fries and the mozzarella fries and then I just ordered some regular fries with that. I placed two identical orders except one had 12 chicken and one had eight. Food was great. Only critique is that when I got home I realize there wasn't any marinara sauce for the mozzarella fries. And I checked the bag before I left the restaurant and just didn't realize. So partially my fault for not noticing and asking for it while I was there but then again they also didn't put it in there to begin with so there is that. Other than that everything was great. I don't eat fast food that often but when I do Burger King is one of four places I will go.

I stopped in drive thru the other nite and was very pleased. I usually order fresh but this time I did not. However my food was as fresh and hot as it should be. Very pleased with the service.

3 stars because this location needs another entrance in my opinion. Other than that the food and service was great. The entrance is a little hard to see coming from the the direction of the hospital. My driver literally missed it twice and we had to go through the neighborhood to come around again.

The food is fine on those rare occasions that you get what you order, but that almost never happens. Most recently they shorted me a chicken nuggets. They routinely screw up anything remotely resembling a special order, e.g., leave off the onions, leave off the mustard. The order is getting taken okay, because I always check to make sure the order on the sign is what I want, but inevitably what's in the bag when I pick it up at the take out window is something different than what I ordered. This Burger King needs a manager or more careful staff.

I came through the drive through at 7:32 this morning and asked for 2 egg and cheese croissants. I only work a half mile from this particular Burger King. I get to work the bread from the croissant is literally sticking to the paper! I literally seems like this location has gone downhill in the last 3 years. I actually stopped coming here for a long time due to paying $40 for old food. Oh and it was 2 employees in the back of the store smoking cigarettes.

I placed a order online this evening (06/18 - around 5pm), it cost me $80.00. I did not receive my whole order, but instead got someones small order of cookies and a burger with a few items of mine, which was 2 Nuggets, Fiery Chicken and the Bacon double cheeseburger. The Door Dash driver told me when I called him about not receiving my order that he argued with the manager that it was the wrong order but the manager insisted it was correct so the driver took it. I called and the manager would not refund my money, he did offer to remake but I do not have a car to go pick up my order, hence the delivery and the Door Dash driver would not go back. I called Door Dash and they called the driver and the driver told them that he received another customer complaint about receiving a wrong order (my order). Door Dash tried calling the manager but the manager would not get on the phone so Door Dash got ignored and hung up on. I tried calling the store to talk to the manager again to request my order be canceled and my money refunded but it goes to voicemail after the automated message. I have contacted BK corporate and am waiting on a reply from them to call me or email me (24-48 hours), however, I'm out of 80.00 and dinner for the family (except for one that ate the Fiery chicken and nuggets) in the meantime. I feel like I have been railroaded and stolen from because no one will help me. What did I pay an almost $10 service fee for?? I paid a tip for what??????What did I get for my $80?????This is not the first time this store messed up my order but this time it was most of my order. Be wary of this when ordering delivery from here. Here is a screenshot of my order (order #8). Editing to add, I ordered directly from the BK website for delivery, they used Door Dash for it.
