I've had several bad experiences at this location but my last one was the worst. Smashed all my cheesy tots into a pile of mush shorted me food and I didn't even eat most of the $30 order due to the fact that I can't be sure if they had done anything else to anything else. Almost always rude employees too

I few months go I went there and ordered a chicken wrap, went to eat it and there was a hair on it. I let it go and threw the wrap away, counted it as a loss. well yesterday my family and I went there for lunch and not only did the guy at the speaker mock my husbands deep voice but I ordered the whopper Duo with Cheese. went to eat it and there was a little black hair on my burger. disgusting. so i go inside and show the teens behind the counter my sandwich and they call "ron" over. when ron got to the front he didn't even bother to look my way and opened the drawer and said " just 2 whoopers" I said yes. he put the$5 on the counter I said thank you. he said have a good day. no apologies or anything. don't even waste your money going here. if you don't like your job ron, find a different one.

Drive through window guy was mocking me. I confronted him at the window and he just laughed. Awful place. Fast food service is going downhill fast

The lady at drive through was awesome. I even tipped her is the appreciation I felt for her great service I wish I knew her name. May the universe bless her. I felt rushed when ordering, crew was not polite, and my chicken wraps were barely warm. You could tell the chicken was sitting in warmer longer than it should have. I will never go here for food again.

Man they had the best customer service I have seen in years man they definitely need to be recognized food was fresh and made so neatly they put so much care into it who ever runs this one ☝️ they are really good with
Place was empty and It took a while to get the food but that’s probably because it gets made after you order it. Fast food is Very expensive nowadays. $28 for 2 meals and an extra sandwich. Store was clean and decor was recently updated. Staff was friendly and upbeat. Parking lot was clean.

Went to order breakfast here, and the woman rushed acting like there was a line considering it’s only 6:45 am and I had no cars behind me. I asked them for a cup of coffee with cream in sugar in it, and I thought it would be in the coffee. It wasn’t because the lady wanted to give me some garbage excuse of the “Health Department “ regulations. Look, you get paid minimum wage but how lazy do you have to milk it to not add cream and sugar. The lady also had a piss poor attitude.
