Always get the wrong order!! The lady doing drive thru in the morning is rude and screams at you through the speaker. I couldn't believe it.

I'm not one give out perfect ratings. I usually have critiques and whatnot. As dumb as it sounds. This burger king's hitting all five stars from me. I've gone to this Burger King multiple times before the food is okay. It's the service I just received that I really helped. I've been going to a really hard time now. They get too personal, but I have had bad depression since may. Today has been especially rough with some news that i've gotten, and people just being generally mean stuff. As soon as I got to the speaker box in the drive thrill, this kind lady explained some of the options to me because I hadn't been to Burger King in a couple of years. And she was the sweetest thing ever to me. She is made by day immensely better by her kindness. I'm in tears right now Because I haven't been treated that nice long time. I never got your name, but thank you ma'am. 💓💓💓

Extremely slow staff even at 11 pm where there's just one car in a drive thru , I had to wait 20 minutes. The lady was good but the other two guys were extremely rude. Not recommend.
You would think with it being an on campus store that they would hire enough people. Instead you have to wait forever no matter the time of day. Also why exactly do they make us sit at the first window so long when there's nobody at the 2nd window?

They got my order wrong. So I called to talk to somebody about it. And the first lady I talked to was really nice. And then some dude got on the phone being extremely rude and by the end of it, he was telling me to pull up and say it to his face and then hung up on me. I don't know about you guys for any manager to want to fight a customer is just ridiculous and they shouldn't be a manager anywhere.
I called ahead around 11:30 P.M. to confirm the store was still open. Arrived 15 minutes later around 11:45 P.M. I ordered an Impossible Whopper and an 8 piece Moz. Fry. Pulled to the window, and whom I presume was the manager on shift, told the drive thru employee to relay to me that apparently they had turned their broiler off for the night and would not be able to make me the food I had ordered. I guess I'm just having a hard time understanding why a place that sells flame broiled Hamburgers, has a time frame before closing in which you can not order their "signature" food item. Thanks for allowing me to "Have it My Way".

I had to wait for a log time to order. Then still got my order wrong. I wanted a royal crispy chicken and they gave me spicy. I can't have spicy. I threw it away. Thank u for wasting my mony

I go to this place everyday in the morning on the way to work for breakfast the service is always great! Rose and the other lady is very friendly. Today i went for lunch and the manager was very rude! Hollering out the drive thru window and all. Very unprofessional! He needs customer service training in my opinion! Dont know if ill go again smh
