The middle aged woman (maybe in 50’s) at the drive thru on 7-24 at 830p was very rude and ignorant. No customer service skills at all. Just a trashy person. I’ll just avoid this location….AND dispute the charge on my card since nothing will be done about her.

The person taking my order in the drive-through had an attitude. I was told to pull forward to wait for my chicken. About 20 minutes later I get my food. I've had better and faster service at other locations. I do not recommend this location. Food was good, service was not.

I went through the drive thru of this Burger King with my wife and they had just closed breakfast. The man taking our order had an accent and was the most patient, kind man and got us breakfast at nearly 10:40am. I rarely feel compelled to leave a review, but that really warmed my heart!
Always get the wrong order!! The lady doing drive thru in the morning is rude and screams at you through the speaker. I couldn't believe it.

I'm not one give out perfect ratings. I usually have critiques and whatnot. As dumb as it sounds. This burger king's hitting all five stars from me. I've gone to this Burger King multiple times before the food is okay. It's the service I just received that I really helped. I've been going to a really hard time now. They get too personal, but I have had bad depression since may. Today has been especially rough with some news that i've gotten, and people just being generally mean stuff. As soon as I got to the speaker box in the drive thrill, this kind lady explained some of the options to me because I hadn't been to Burger King in a couple of years. And she was the sweetest thing ever to me. She is made by day immensely better by her kindness. I'm in tears right now Because I haven't been treated that nice long time. I never got your name, but thank you ma'am. 💓💓💓
