I don't usually leave reviews for fast food but here I am,, My grandson and I just had lunch today at this location. Everything tasted great, super fast and the store was clean. I just wanted to thank the staff at Alexis Rd for crazy quick service and fresh tasty lunch (12pm). Even my 12yrold grandson commented on how fast and great tasting everything was.

I legit just left here about 20 ago I originally drive past the first window because nobody was there I waited bout min and half so I pulled forward to pay at the second ...they then yelled hello out of the 1st window then had a attitude because I didn't see anyone? Lol so I also compliment the girl at windows nails and then when we went to pull away she made a comment about myself or my daughter what a very rude employee they have I was nice to her even ....to many young careless disrespectful teens working there I won't return to that location because I was over charged fir #1 because I got 2 whopper juniors meals and one was supposed to be a big Mac meal but we got shorted the #1 even tho I paid 10 dollars for a 7 buck meal ....worse burger King visit ever in my life

All of the employess on july 1 , at 8:30 am were outside huddled up not serving anybody. We called out to them to no response. We finally left after 5 minutes and pulled around the building to see them all in a circle talking and what it appeared to be smoking something

I get the lady at the desk was new but it kind of felt like she needed more training before she was out on the register to take orders. Stuff was missed on our order so we had to go back in, we almost didn't get other things we had paid for, and were given too many drinks. I'm all for free food but this was a bit much for just two people.

Came in during lunchtime was not super busy. The drive-through was busy but the dining room was not I guess but 15 minutes went by. No one came up and even acknowledged us so we left.

Just came through about a half hour ago not expecting much as far as service per usual to most fast food places. But couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised with the young lady who waited on us in the drove through. She was patient and explained one of the meals we mistook for a double whopper meal. Just overall very pleasant experience. And the food was amazing!

Just got done workin 11hr shift picked my son up 45min drive, stopped at bk for quick food didnt want to waist time cookin, got 2 $7 trio and 2 $5 duo nothing special, 20 min wait, get down the road missing 2 burgers, go back dude instantly puts me on hold for 10 mins at the speaker, finally answers tell him I'm missing 2 burgers tells me to pull up before I'm even done talkin lol, waited another 10mins just to get 2 single burgers, not a sorry, not free ice water for my extra long wait for fast food nothing so for that yall get the lowest rating atleast 4 people workin almost an hour all together is wild for a small order
