I walked into the restaurant, and to start, the cashier said that I'm just gonna have e to wait to order because he had to use the bathroom and I ended up having to wait for t minutes after there was 2 other people just standing around. Also I asked to order a smoothie and they said they don't sell them but yet thwre is a sign up saying that their smoothies are made fresh. So go figure

Yeah I'm not coming back. My whole purpose was to come and grab food for my son, so I can go back home and study instead of fixing dinner and plus my son haven't had fast food in a months. I still have to fill his belly because the 8 piece nuggets literally tasted burnt. They are frying with old grease. Nope I'm good and this is a reminder to stay cooking at home!

It's Burger King. Prices keep going up while quality goes down. Predictable path of capitalism and greed. Maybe the profit should go to quality food and paint the actual workers instead of the CEO who does nothing.

I don't usually leave reviews for fast food but here I am,, My grandson and I just had lunch today at this location. Everything tasted great, super fast and the store was clean. I just wanted to thank the staff at Alexis Rd for crazy quick service and fresh tasty lunch (12pm). Even my 12yrold grandson commented on how fast and great tasting everything was.

I legit just left here about 20 ago I originally drive past the first window because nobody was there I waited bout min and half so I pulled forward to pay at the second ...they then yelled hello out of the 1st window then had a attitude because I didn't see anyone? Lol so I also compliment the girl at windows nails and then when we went to pull away she made a comment about myself or my daughter what a very rude employee they have I was nice to her even ....to many young careless disrespectful teens working there I won't return to that location because I was over charged fir #1 because I got 2 whopper juniors meals and one was supposed to be a big Mac meal but we got shorted the #1 even tho I paid 10 dollars for a 7 buck meal ....worse burger King visit ever in my life

All of the employess on july 1 , at 8:30 am were outside huddled up not serving anybody. We called out to them to no response. We finally left after 5 minutes and pulled around the building to see them all in a circle talking and what it appeared to be smoking something
I get the lady at the desk was new but it kind of felt like she needed more training before she was out on the register to take orders. Stuff was missed on our order so we had to go back in, we almost didn't get other things we had paid for, and were given too many drinks. I'm all for free food but this was a bit much for just two people.
