This place was a hot mess a few years ago, to the point we stopped going altogether. Over the past year or two, it had improved a lot. Today we ordered 2 combos, one with onion rings and the chicken sandwich plain. We also ordered 4 hamburgers with ketchup and mayo only. Both orders came with fries. No onion rings. The chicken sandwich was not plain,rather came with the usual mayo and lettuce we explicitly asked not be on it. The hamburgers were all standard, with ketchup, mustard and a pickle, none as ordered with ketchup and mayo only. So literally no one of the 4 in our party got what they ordered and, due to food allergies, some couldn’t eat at all. So I guess we’re back to not going to the fast food place closest to us for a while, unless and until they get it together again. The last time the whole order was correct for 2-4 folks was roughly 5 visits ago.

If I could give it negative Stars I would they need to hire more people they never have the inside open they always have it closed during lunch hour and dinner hour and make everybody go to the drive-thru and then you sit in the Drive-Thru and wait forever I literally just sat there for 15 minutes and not one car was waited on they couldn't even come over the speaker and ask the person what they wanted for 15 minutes and then they always want to say we're sorry we're understaffed well then hire people that will work that want to work they will come to work and make sure you have enough people

I made a comment tonight to the man behind the window who I believe turned out to be the manager as he handed me my food. I told him good luck tonight and don't get discouraged and thank you for coming to work. There were nine cars in line at 9:35 and I was in the middle. It was taking a while, longer than usual, and I wondered how many people in this line have chosen not to work and will become upset with those who have shown up to work. I believe the worst consequence post-covid is what has happened to the American Labor Force in that it is not a force at all presently….it has become a weakened institution. And when I see customers going off on the people who provide customer service it upsets me greatly due to the misplacement of how we have arrived at this unfortunate juncture absent of all social respect toward one another. Why would anyone yell, scream, threaten, physically and verbally assault someone for a burger that did not come with cheese yet was supposed to? Perhaps a line worker has been yelled at five times prior to your arrival so you conclude the service sucks. There exists a huge amount of entitlement these days in which people hopefully become aware that customer service provides you the product they advertise as well as market, yet they are not your servants.I applaud the staff here in what appeared a hectic night the evening of October 19th. Thank you for coming to work; please keep your dignity held high. You may at times have a thankless job but I am here to tell you that you are appreciated more than you have been acknowledged by customers who chose to come to you in the first place.Oh….the burger was delicious and the fries were consistent once again in their crunchy appetizing delight. Thank you.

Avoid this place unless you want to wait 20 minutes for your order. The help does not seem capable most times I have visited. Customer service skills lacking. I have watched customers roll their eyes and make faces about how bad the service was. Possible I was just there at times when they were short staffed, but it seemed to me like they are struggling to get good help.
