Took my family in for lunch today. Amazing atmosphere, great service and the food was absolutely fantastic. Multiple split appetizers and individual meals for everyone and the total was far lower than I would have expected. If you're considering stopping in I couldn't recommend it more.

Excellent, consistent food. They always seem short-staffed, hence hurried wait staff. The atmosphere is dated, better feel for the winter, but we go all the time.
Great food and service in this long time family owned South Toledo staple. The vibe inside is a cool 70's era lounge feel, all the staff is friendly and the food is the best Mediterranean for miles

Food was nice except too much lemon juice in preparations. Also, they don’t offer hummus with the bread, which is offered in a plastic bag, not on a plate and is not warm or not served with olive oil or hummus. Did not enjoy the bread with butter. Prices are reasonable. Are very busy on the Friday evenings, so service gets slow at times.
Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options look good. But too much of lemon juice in dishes which made the food too sour. Wish they could ask about lemon juice options and ask do you like what scale of sourness on a scale of 1 to 10. I ordered Tabuleah, fava beans, falafel salad, hummus and baklava. Good luck.

My wife and I ordered the filet mignon and a couple sides and appetizer to share. The price was a bit lower than one would expect, cooked perfectly and enough for us to share.
Classic. A Toledo institution for many years. Absolutely love their Mediterranean dishes. They also have a decent house wine blend. Get there about 4:00PM before the place gets packed.

Every time I discuss or recommend Byblos I have a Pavlov’s reaction. The food deserves a 6 on a 5 scale. Reasonable prices. Nice large portions so I have a delicious lunch the next day. Been going here for over 30 years and never had a bad experience. Sometimes pick up meals for three couples and we have a picnic at the lake. Tip: Kabob Combo.
