It was my daughter’s first birthday, and I ordered a birthday cake, a smash cake, and cookies from you. When my husband picked up the order, no one mentioned any issues even though the cakes and cookies looked nothing like the photos I provided. My mistake was that I didn’t show my husband pictures of what the cakes and cookies should look like so he just picked them up without realizing anything was wrong. I called and texted multiple times with no response, and you only replied after I left a one-star review.
Most reputable bakeries let customers know right away if something goes wrong and offer some kind of solution or discount. Ignoring repeated calls and messages is extremely unprofessional. After this experience, I will not be ordering from you again or recommending your business to anyone.

Cake arts are under new owners, I decided to have them make cup cakes for my 8 year old grand daughters birthday...she loves Hello Kitty. Dawn the new owner did the cup cakes. they were absolutely adorable, they were delicious and a big hit with my grand daughter. thank you so much. I'll be back.

My daughter’s Quince cookies were so perfect!!! I actually picked them up very late. They were very patient. Everyone at the party loved the cookies. Loved them so much, my husband and I were too busy to not get one. Until the end my husband remembered he stashed one in my purse in the beginning of the night. Thank God it was AMAZING!!! 🩵🙌🏼🤤

They don't seem to listen to you when you are trying to make a cake order. They ignored me. It took me almost an hour to make an order that should have been done in five minutes

They made me some specialty bows within a few days. Typically they asked for a week but they were able to get them ready for me for my daughter's gender reveal. I appreciate them and they did an awesome job
I had an extremely awkward situation happening with the employees. One of them kept saying Please look at this.Please look at this to the lady, that was trying to check me out. So it took twenty minutes for me to make one cake order. They also let another customer completely cut in front of me "while I was placing my order" to pay for her stuff. Her card was declined multiple times. My wallet and purse was sitting on the counter. neither the employee or customer seemed to care. i did not have a good experience with any of the employees at that place. Very spaced out and not worried about their customers. Probably one of the worst customer service i've ever had.
