You can always get a great meal here.the Wine list is awesome so many great wines to pick from. My fav is the pizza menu we love the build your own staff is great and always friendly.

My brother took me and my bestie to this lovely restaurant for an early dinner. Even though we arrived early, we had to sit upstairs which requires you to navigate a Mario set of stairs. I guess if the restaurant is full downstairs at 5pm, regulars must really love the restaurant.

I had lasagna. It was good, but not great. I would have appreciated bread with my lasagna. They served small squares of a baked bread but I appreciate a typical bread serving with lasagna. My brother had a small cheese pizza. He loved it.

The strip center exterior is very unassuming, but the interior is pretty cozy and enjoyable, especially upstairs. Solid basic Italian food, although maybe nothing that particularly stands out, with good service. The ability to pick a bottle of wine from the retail rack is a definite plus. Overall, a decent, low key pick.

Had a wonderful lunch there. I was so happy to see the variety that they had on their menu. I’ve had the pizzas there several times which are very good, I just wanted something lighter and less carbs. Delicious and a very nice presentation ?.

4/19/24. My first visit to Calvino's. My friend and I sat at the bar for Happy Hour. The waitress was not excited to serve us. She rushed our visit but did not bother the other people at the bar who was there before we got there and after we left. No, they were not ordering drinks. She insinuated I did not have the money to pay by asking if I wanted to split my bill with my friend AFTER we had already ask for one bill that I would pay. She picked up my food more than once demonstrating how I should carry it out when I was not getting up to leave. I will say the young lady who greeted me upon entering was nice. That is why I gave the service a 2. The atmosphere was okay. I like how cozy it was. The bar was cute. My wine was very good! The food was okay. My salad was fresh! The bread was good. The pasta was overpriced. The maranara was a little acidic. It could be sweeter. My friend ordered a pizza. It looked good. My friend said it tasted good.

Love this place just hate the new tables in the lower room. It feels like you are sitting on the floor. They need to lower the tables to make their guests more comfortable.

Love Calvino's! I sometimes dine solo and never experience any difference in attitude compared with when with friends. Very friendly and accommodating, and with good food reasonably priced.
