We eat at Caper’s every 2-3 months (either dine in or carryout). This visit we were underwhelmed. Hubs had the lasagna (his typical dinner). Probably left half of it, said it didn’t taste as good as previously. I had cheese ravioli, filling and marinara had good flavor but crimped edges of ravioli were dry and hard. Made me think it had been par cooked (which a lot of restaurants do) and then microwaved at serving time.

Our waitress was nice but slow....

We had a Celebration of Life for my brother Jeff Fyock on Saturday July 27th. Everyone was so impressed with the event & how the girls we had kept me informed all evening. Growing up in South Toledo alot of our guests said that your pizza tasted like the old Gino's on Arlington Ave. This is my 3rd event that I've had @ Capers. Please give your staff a high five for helping my family make memories.

We started with potato skins they were actually really good. The bacon was delicious. We got the Italian sub as well, lots of flavors, one of the better ones in town. Got the ultimate pepperoni pizza. we were not disappointed. The sauce and crust and cheese all go great together, and the pepperoni was nice and crisp.
