Caryyout out order we were told ready in 15. When we got there we waited another 22 minutes for our order and there were only 3 tables with people in the restaurant.. No..we’re sorry, no apology. Pretty much, here’s your food. These people are historically surly with absolutely no customer service skills. As if this wasn’t bad enough? The cheeseburger was cold and tasted like it was someone’s forgotten lunch order being served again at 5:30. We have given them several chances thinking, they are short of help or it’s just a bad day. However, a bad day seems to the norm for them. We are done. Too many friendly restaurants to choose from.

I like Charlie's, no gourmet, just good. I was hungry for fish and chips. Hit the drive thru. Very hot and tasted great. Good service

Ordered breakfast. Eggs over medium, home fries bacon and toast. The eggs were hot, but we're definitely over light and super runny. The potatoes were warm like they had been sitting out precooked for quite a while. Took them home to the dog. Toast was good and they had a large selection of jellies to choose from, which was nice. Overall a below average experience from this type of restaurant. They have been traditionally known for a really good breakfast, and that was missing today.

They really need more server help, at least for breakfast. I saw 2 waitresses for the entire place. 25 min to take my order. Toast and hash browns were barely warm. Same the last few times I've been here.

Classic old style diner, but with ethnic foods added in to create the perfect combination for breakfast, lunch or dinner They have large rooms for gathering. If you need to have a little reunion of some sort, they definitely will acommodate.
