My issue here is that I wanted a tortilla. Now, you think with such good customer service they have it wouldn’t have been a issue, but I was shot down fairly quickly as it was a MAJOR issue to get a tortilla 🤣
I dont know, you have a customer wanting to give you money, and you refuse them?
I love the food, I love the franchise, I just felt the major miss on being able to land on a very possible customer request. (I ended up spending $30). Just saying.

Sharrya and Tionne were high energy and provided exceptional customer service. I would hire Sharrya and Tionne if they lived closer to Grand Rapids, MI as I own a restaurant myself. I can't visit the area without a stop here. The food is always fresh with friendly delivery, and affordable meals.
Dietary restrictions: I am gluten sensitive and request no bun, lettuce wrapped sandwich.
Imagine having all those workers and not one will take your order at the front counter... Business just walking out the door.
