This was our first time experiencing Chick-fil-A,The drive through line was wrapped around the building so we went inside.The establishment was very clean but very crowded. The line moved quickly inside and we received our food within roughly 5 minutes of ordering.Our buns were soggy and our chicken sandwiches were put together in a very sloppy manner, the cheese, bun and chicken werent even close to being aligned and we had to rebuild our sandwiches BUT they tasted good.The waffle fries were amazing and we loved their sauces.My son was happy to see they use "sonic ice" in their beverages.The mac and cheese was very similar to KFC but with more aldente pasta and was layered with cheese then baked. This was our favorite menu item!Overall the price wasn't too bad.The staff was very friendly and worked non stop! They were very busy whivh we took into consideration. The 4 star review is for the lay out of the establishment. This is an extremely busy food establishment with absolute no room to hold nearly as many people as they service.As we waited for our food inside we were very crowded, shoulder to shoulder and we all had to move multiple times just to let people out who had received their order.The parking lot was absolutely insane and this location is in a very busy area.It was a very chaotic experience, which makes the food not worth the chaos to us.

Very clean and staff is courteous. The food came fast. They even offered to fill drinks.Parking: There are plenty of spots, plus many more.Kid-friendliness: Has a kids play area.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible.
Kid-friendliness: They have a nice play area which the glass is thick so loud play isn't an issue for the dining room. They are treated just as well as the adults who bring them.
I really like their catering options, good and easy to take. Service is always very good.

Yesterday was the first time trying the Cobb salad, but it won't be the last. The salad fixins were fresh and chill, and the warm chicken was just the right compliment.

Friendly service. Nice staff. Not as many working there as at other Lucas County Chick-fil-A stores, but still nice. Very prompt on getting food out and being attentive to any needs.

They have their act together. That line could look very intimidating but it moves so fast. The food is so yummy and hot!
