The food; smashburger, fries and soda, were pretty good. This was on a recent Sunday just after they’d opened-Toledo, OH, Talmadge Road location. Once I sat down, I noticed that the bar top had crumbs and smear marks all over it, probably from the evening before, because it was too early for anyone to have been seated there before my arrival. When I pulled up my stool, my fingers slipped on a splotch of grease under it. Thankfully I had my hand sanitizer with me and used it. I really felt like getting up then and there to leave, but the server behind the bar had a big smile and was quite pleasant. This will be my last visit, however. This place needs a lot of elbow grease and a good cleansing with antibacterial/degreasing soap. Do I really need to have to tell a franchisee of an international chain the importance of cleanliness? Apparently so.

Had an amazing lunch at this location. The male hostess was awesome in providing small talk and was happy to provide door service. Lisa, our waitress, was helpful, had fast service and very friendly. The food was so delicious. Best Mushroom and Swiss burger I have had in a very long time!! Whoever is running this location has some very good staff! The restaurant was clean and also bathrooms. Definitely will be returning to this location. I give 5 stars!! Keep up the good work. :)

Food was very good one of the appetizers was slightly under cooked and a bit doughy it was Saturday and very busy so we didn't have it corrected. Sliders are excellent. It’s very loud on Saturday evenings

Terrible service and even worse food. Could not pay me to come back and eat at this chilis location. Better off driving across town.
Our service started great.... adorable and friendly bartender (we came to watch the first half of the Texas game) my food was very sub par (buffalo chicken sandwich), my boyfriend's was decent...broccoli was really bad....not the usual Chili's standard, but I've never had a bad meal here before, so it's alright. It happens.
But after bringing our second round of drinks, we didn't really see our server the rest of our visit... My boyfriend had to shout out to order a dessert, but we wanted more drinks, I wanted a lava cake....she just never came back.... Weirdest experience we've had at Chili's....very disappointed. This is usually a favorite go to spot.

The people were nice and everything but when I apply for cook and get told I can't be hired cuz I got a couple small not gang related tattoos and I mean small on my face that's a bit old school in modern times. I could understand for servers position but a cook who is always in the back.

Order the rib dinner full slab ask half barbecue half dry rub got the mushrooms and broccoli for a side paid all that money to get delivered and I have 1/4 cup of mushrooms a cup maybe a cold broccoli and my ribs have no barbecue sauce on them like I expected it’s in a little cup of Room temp barbecue sauce. I want barbecue sauce on my ribs. I’m so irritated. I worked all day. I’m tired. I could’ve got something else from somewhere else. Those mushrooms are just beyond me. I know it seems small, but I want what I paid for what I asked for and expected a full meal
