I stopped here yesterday because I was in a rush to get home and wanted chinese food. When I walked in the guy behind the counter was nice and friendly. I ordered a quart of shrimp fried rice ($11.25) and 1 egg roll ($1.75).
The shrimp fried rice only had a FEW shrimp, yellow rice, and very little onions. That was it! I was so disappointed because I looked forward to Real chinese food. The egg roll was good but it was SUPER SMALL.
I know that times are hard fir businesses as well but notify your customers of changes. The prices go up, but the ingredients change. Change the menus as well.

I just ordered from there on door dash and he forgot my seasame chicken I called they have a answering service so I reorder and told my dasher to tell him he forgot my seasame chicken now it’s only 20 mins later the guy gone say it was in there when IT WAS NOT AT ALL and he kept saying it wasn’t my dasher didn’t touch the bag wit was stapled shut $45 order you knew it wasn’t in there which is shocking they forgot because they are so detailed

My mom went into this sorry excuse of a restaurant to get some food. Let start with when she got in. He said “what do you want”. It was in Gods favor that her card wasn’t working because customer service suck big time. He had no patience with her and threw her card back at her when it declined and said nothings on it but she had the card locked the first time. He was also in there touching all the foods with his bare hands. Listen when GOD speaks cause he made her card decline 3 times so she get the message to get out!!!

I've been going to this restaurant for over twenty or more. The service is excellent and the food is always fresh and hot. About fifteen years ago my family and I moved from out of the area. However, we always make our way back over just for their food and service. Though the location of their restaurant can be a bit wanting...yet it's no fault China Star.
