This is the 3rd and last time I will visit this chipotle. First of all. The staff is rude and short with very customer. Second, nothing is stocked such as forks or spoons or straws. 3rd they will wait to tell you they are out of key ingredients such as the Chimichurri sauce, which you really need to order when you make a Carne Asada bowl other wise it is bland and dry after you have already ordered it. 4th, their guacamole looks so disgusting (they literally had one green clump sitting on top of a dark brown layer that was well past the just being “oxidized” point. Finally…..these workers seriously must hate their jobs because not a single person moves with a purpose or smiles or says thank you or anything that would be warm and inviting. I drove to another location just to get the sauce I needed for a bowl and burrito I reluctantly ordered because I already waited 30 minutes to order. Never again will I visit this location. The talmadge rd location is busier and was 10 times friendly.

2nd visit where they close early. 10pm and the first time doors were locked. Whatever, post a sign saying why. 2nd visit, they just stopped making food and claimed to be out of dang near everything. Is there a strike going on? This is abnormal for this location, service has tanked

The young folks that were working behind the counter seemed extremely distracted with their cell phones.Or what was going on with themselves. I ordered. Two take out meals and got the wrong bag completely. I will find another Chipotle to go to besides that one.
The restaurant seems to have been caught by surprise by the day after Christmas rush of people not wanting to cook. They were out of a lot - steak, briscuit, fajita vegetables, even chips!
But what makes this a 5 star review is the staff. Despite being overwhelmed and likely dealing with customers angry that they were out of so much, they were so pleasant, positive, and professional. Then, when a gentleman had a medical emergency, they really shone. Their genuine care and concern for the customer, coupled with the manager's swift and thoughtful action, demonstrated that service to their customers goes so far beyond serving meals. It was a pleasure to see them in action, and I hope each worker on duty last night knows that what they do as service workers makes a difference.

This location is an absolute joke! I am very disappointed. I got a bowl.. First, they were out of the basic ingredients such as rice, how are you out of rice? Then I wanted steak and all they had was chicken.. okay whatever. Then I wanted taco shells on the side and they said they were out of those as well. Are you kidding me? I worked a 12 hr shift and this is supposed to be dinner.. workers on their phones and joking around instead of actually working. Absolutely ridiculous that this is happening, corporate should do something. This is a popular restaurant, things should be prepared correctly. Chipotle on Central and Secor, DO BETTER.
