Ordered through DoorDash a bowl - recieved a bowl with rice chicken and peppers 3/8 ingredients i ordered. They Missed the pico de gallo, corn, sour cream, cheese, and lettuce. Very small amount of chips in bag. Tried to call restaurant and got an automated system that would not allow me to speak to manager or person to get this corrected. Door dash only wants to refund $11/$20 instead of correcting it or sending my correct order.

I honestly don’t even know where to start. This chipotle is an absolute disgrace to all chipotles. Dirty floor, dirty counter smeared with old food, overflowing trash cans, terrible hygiene (people scratching their head and touching the food, touching their phones and then touching the food), loud rap music blasting in the back like it’s a night club, an employee who made atrocious and vile homosexual remarks to me while he was making my food… “The weather is nice and that means the freaks are out. I’m a freak by the way…”Each and every employee should be fired. They’re all rude, have terrible attitudes, and could care less about customer service. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been given dirty looks and not even greeted when I go up to the counter. This place needs to be thrown out in the filthiest dumpster and rebuilt starting with the staff and management. Alright, I’m done. I’m sick and tired of this ghetto chipotle ruining my post workout dopamine high. Oh and one more thing… if there was another chipotle near by I would go to it but there isn’t one within 100 million miles of my house. I can’t afford to drive that far because of the ridiculous gas prices. Shoutout to Joe Biden for that one. Matter of fact, I bet Joe Biden runs this place too. Before y’all call me racist, I’m African American.

Just walked in, waited 10 minutes in line and when it was my turn to place my order, the guy working behind the counter was busy laughing and waving at other customers behind me. When I finally was acknowledged and I placed my order of 2 chicken bowls. I received a condescending response " we don't have chicken " without an apology or an explanation. As if asking for a chicken was something out of the ordinary. I said excuse me, he responded " no I said, no chicken for how long? He responded " maybe 30 min " Totally unacceptable. Obviously I walked out and grabbed the store managers card and when I called the " General manager named " Dalton " no response either. Go figure! Obviously no one inside this store cares for its customers nor what customer service is or means. Not to mention treating customers with respect and dignity. This was an absolute unacceptable behavior. The fact not single employee felt bad or embarrassed about his response or how I was treated tells you all you need to know about this store and it's employees. I cannot with good conscience recommend anyone placing an order at this particular location.

Arrived at 10PM Out of everything besides white rice and steak. Rap music on loud. Workers had their food out on the table eating with everything but can’t get it back out for customers then have a bad attitude when confronted. Then Can’t even get a fork. Why ? Bc they are out of them too!This place is trash 100% trash food was garbage. I never have done a review but this place needs help. 3-14-24 at 10PM.Parking: Place was empty.But still out of everything.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly at all. Rap music at volume 100.It’s was very nasty.

Why is it when you order online and ask for double meat and extra rice they fill the bowl less than they do when you ask for a regular bowl in person. Don’t waste your money here worst chipotle I’ve been to. If you’re reading this chipotle I WANT A REFUND.
Used to be the best chipotle in the area but for past couple months they are always out of items, they close at 10 pm and I went at 7:45 pm and they were out of rice, corn, and lettuce. I’m not sure what goes on behind the scenes whether it’s a lack of care from employees or lack of coordination by managers but either way, it’s a horrible experience and not worth a waste of time and gas to come to find so many items missing.Edit: I’ve also experienced items missing on other occasions and hard inedible rice at this location.

This is the first time I actually got a good experience at this location everybody was working efficiently to get everyone in & out but Deedee’s customer service stood out the most absolutely loved her attitude and her customer service skills!!??
