Amazing experience at this Chipotle. I was greeted kindly by lineman Reese and he was very generous about his portions. I really enjoyed the way he looked at me. Checkout was awesome and I was happily greeted by a ginger manager (with tattoos). 😆

Ordered for pickup on 12/01/25. When I got there, I was forced to wait for the tall skinny black guy with glasses to finish conversing with the short white girl with brown hair working the pick up window at 4pm. She even made eye contact with me, but continued goofing off with him. When they finished, I showed her the info for my pick up order. She then told me they didn’t have any mobile order with my name, even though on my end it shows that it was paid, fulfilled, and ready for pick up. The location was also confirmed to be correct. She confirmed everything and still couldnt find anything I did wrong. Instead of just fulfilling my small bowl I ALREADY paid for and showed her proof, she proceeded to insinuate that I did some wrong on my end, and told me that I had to wait in line and order like normal. She offered no resolution or initiative and was very condescending. Her attitude was very unprofessional. I spent almost 20 mins in the restaurant for an order I placed almost an hour prior. Most of it spent being waiting for them. I really hope none of those two, especially the girl, aren’t managers. Talk about lack of urgency and initiative to solve problems. Never returning.

AVOID THIS CHIPOTLE! I’ve been to Chipotle hundreds of times & all over the country. This one TAKES THE CAKE for being the ABSOLUTE WORST! 1. Filthy. The food workstation was a COMPLETE MESS! 2. Filthy tables and chairs and floors. It looked like a group of pigs went thru the restaurant leaving rice & veggies everywhere 3. Drink station had no straws 4. No napkins or plastic ware available 5. Used wrappers and trash on counters and floors 6. Didn’t dine in, was too scared & threw my food away once I left 7. Enter at your own peril! This Chipotle would be SHUT DOWN in Chicagoland

This is a busy place. They do the best they can. They had two volleyball teams and a feisty team come in that night.
This food has given me salmonella twice now this is absolutely ridiculous and they won’t even let you speak to a manager over the phone it’s their dumb blonde ai chat bot and their portions are ridiculous I honestly find it rude whenever employees will look like they’re giving you more on the second scoop just to dump out the whole thing and add in one measly piece of steak

Store was filthy. Every table and the drink station was terrible. That said, Konstantinos (who was working the front by himself.) was helpful and rolled a FAB burrito. Unfortunately, our guac and chip were a fail. (Discolored quac and stale chips. 🙁) Went in the following week and the place was still a mess and they were out of food. Walked out. The store appears to have absent management.

terrible. for the past 7 years every time i’ve ordered online they have messed something up, and tonight was very characteristic. i left with my bag and went back inside 3 separate times for missing items. instead of the three burritos i ordered i got a bowl in place of that burrito. place was disgusting, and the rice was crunchy. AVOID THIS CHIPOTLE. never had a good experience going here.
