My pickup order was placed during very slow hours, i normally dont mind waiting for my order if it isnt ready at the estimated time, but the order wasnt started until minutes after i arrived at my pickup time. Also my burritos were incorrect. For 19 dollars i would prefer my meal to be correct even if i have to wait to get it. Its clear someone was rushing or not paying attention when your burritos have things added that you never clicked when placing the order.

90% of the time I go to this location (I do so because it is the only one near me) they are out of something. The other day was frustrating as they were out of rice and forks of all things. Today they are out of fajita veggies. The service is pretty good other than online orders. Whoever does the ordering for this store does a poor job. I would hate for these people to be without jobs but I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone!

Unfortunately, our last visit 5 days ago will be our last. Both my wife and I got violently ill afterwards. The food poisoning hit my wife the next day and then hit me with a vengeance 1.5 days later. ? It was so bad.Side note: I only ate a quarter of my burrito because it had a hair in it.

Ok, I get it Saturday night and its busy…this place is DIRTY. Every single surface including windows was smeared and clearly hadnt been cleaned today. Staff is surly. The check out counter was covered in stray bits of food. The food was just ok and expensive. Not going back there.

Where do I start??? The bowl that I got had barely anything in it when I ordered inside AND another time when I ordered online! When in line I was rushed while ordering and I got kicked out because I was taking too long (I have a speech impediment). These workers are NOT trained in how to take orders from people with a speech impediment and they do not know how to be patient. I should not be kicked out of a Chipotle just because I have a speech impediment. I should also add that there was no one behind me so I was not holding any line up.

The food was just okay, and nothing like Chipotle used to be. The worst part was the staff who barely made eye contact or talked to us. They also threw together our bowls so fast they almost flipped mine over.
