Didn’t have all the ingredients prepared (3pm). Gave me a bowl with mostly rice! Forgot to give me the salad dressing. Waste of money for a bunch of white rice.

2 weeks ago I went in and stood there as the only person in line for 2 two minutes while a worker noticed me and continued to wipe down the counter without saying a word.

They’ve also given me the wrong order in the drive through.

Either the workers are not getting the appropriate training or they just hate going there as much as I do now.

Ordered two bowls one of them had lettuce on it that was clearly old , the sour cream had to be expired because it tasted horrible! & spent 8 on queso for them to give me old stall chips ! Me and my boyfriend both ended up sick after eating here

Don’t go to this Chipotle, go to any other one. The people they hire to work here have no food etiquette or customer service. The last 3 times I have been here there is sour cream and all of the other ingredients smeared all over the counter where they prepare your food. I cannot stand sour cream but my burrito gets dragged through it and ends up covered in it every single time. On top of the mess of ingredients, this last experience while I was checking out I tapped my card on the machine to pay, it accepted and printed a receipt only for the worker to come over and accuse me of not paying, after showing her my bank account with the exact amount of money taken out on the exact time and date she did not believe me and another employee in the back was accusing me of doing it on purpose to steal my food. The manager came over and argued with me for a few minutes and ultimately told me “just take it for free I guess” like it was my fault. I will drive 20 more minutes to go to a different chipotle from now on.

Order from the chipotle app and unfortunately, the delivery driver brought me the wrong order. I politely returned the order to the delivery driver. I receive poor customer service through the chatbot and was disconnected. A few minutes later received the email for a refund in 5 to 10 days. I decided to drive to the Store to Pick Up my Order because that didn't change that I was still hungry and paid $34 which included delivery and tip. One team member nicely collected my food and was stop by another staff member. That team member greeted me with poor customer service and told me I was not able to pick up my order because I received a refund online. After already telling the team member that I will repay for my order. To make matters worse
the team member threatened to throw my order away accusing me of yelling at him. But he clearly was hard of hearing and wanted to be rude! I end up paying for the same order again. I will never be visit this location ever again!

I left for my job more than 10 minutes early in order to stop in and place an order to go? Couldnt even do that as I was standing in line for over ten 10 minutes while 1 woman attempted to handle a bowl, and an order of tacos for the 2 girls in front of me. I hadn't even gotten approached about placing my order before I walked out. I see exactly why this location has a 2.9 rating. Slow, absolutely slow as can be for a place that had no line. Do not go here.

It takes a lot for me to review a place, but tonight was the icing on the cake. This location is awful. I can’t tell you how many times our order have been wrong, or packaged weird. Tonight I got three tacos. I received them wrapped only in foil. Upon opening them it was like a bowl was wrapped in foil and there was one tortilla completely empty. There’s hardly any chicken & after separating the tacos I’m pretty sure I only got two and that empty tortilla was just thrown in. Take the extra 10 minutes and drive to the location on Navarre at this point.

It is 12 pm and I ordered a salad and to my “surprise” there is no vinaigrette. Granted the bowl I beautiful but you know people order these things so why don’t you make more? EVERYTIME we go to this location or any for that matter, NEVER have the dressing. MAKE MORE DRESSING!! Simple

Today I ordered two steak burritos.
The “steak” was so tough it was almost unchewable.
This is the third time Ive been “burned” ordering steak!
Im done you get no more of my money, Chipotle!
