Food was a bit cold and dare say old. Only 1 person working the counter was really overwhelmed. I biggest gripe is why does it cost so much? I havent had it in quite a while but dumb to pay 20 bucks for a bowl.

Love that there's finally a chipotle in the area. Staff is usually friendly, portions are always good! Tonight my son and I had bowls and our rice wasn't fully cooked. Was a bit crunchy. Every other experience we've had there has been excellent though! Very thankful for Chipotle's presence in this part of Toledo!

This place was really good when it first opened but after a few months it seems the employees don’t care. How can you run out of cheese and chips 2 hours before close and not make any? Very very disappointing.

Portions are extremely small, if you ask for a little bit more they will put five pieces of steak and charge you $5. I eat Chipotle two times a week. I've never had a problem with them putting the right amount on besides the Glendale location has to be the worst location ever

Staff seemed undertrained. was having issues with my qr code for double protein and was not offered help or to put the numbers in manually so ended up paying $18 for something that should’ve been closer to 13. I can’t blame the staff only those who trained them.
