Food was a bit cold and dare say old. Only 1 person working the counter was really overwhelmed. I biggest gripe is why does it cost so much? I havent had it in quite a while but dumb to pay 20 bucks for a bowl.
Love that there's finally a chipotle in the area. Staff is usually friendly, portions are always good! Tonight my son and I had bowls and our rice wasn't fully cooked. Was a bit crunchy. Every other experience we've had there has been excellent though! Very thankful for Chipotle's presence in this part of Toledo!
New, service is hit or miss. Smaller than others wouldn't eat inside. Food is fresh never out of things like the Westgate location. Parking is mid. They have a pick up window for online orders and separate prep area.
