An absolute zoo. We were there for a birthday party and they apparently overbooked their birthday parties because the place was wall to wall people. The children had to wait for every ride or game. I can't even believe this was approved by the fire marshal for the number of people they had in that building. Definitely do not recommend on a Saturday.

We had so much fun the night of 11/21/24. We got there about 6pm, last minute trip for my daughter’s bday. All three gentlemen working were on top of their game. Pizza was fresh, we ordered a cake, and they brought out candles and everything we needed. Dancing and music was on..Thanks for making our night! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Was a 6 hour round trip to this location, but it is the only Chuck e Cheese in Ohio with an operational animatronic band. It was a bit busy, but the pizza was good, and I got the chance to see a handful of shows from the band on stage. Overall worth the visit. Glad to see the animatronics one more time before 2.0

The pizza is good. Even the gluten-free pizza is tasty. The anamatronics, games, and facilities are a bit old / outdated, especially on the toddler side, and the place is only surface clean. They are understaffed. The new trampoline area is not much bigger than a backyard trampoline. In my opinion, it is not worth the added expense. Having said that, the membership is a great deal, kids still love it, and the employees are nice and courteous.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free pizza is decent.
Kid-friendliness: Separate toddler and a kids/adults sections. A benefit.. but you need two adults if you have toddler(s) and older kid(s).

I brought my granddaughter here today and it was a really good experience. - The 2 guys working were top notch. Friendly, helpful & they seemed to be the ones taking care of everything - The Airport location still has the animatronic band which was a nice bit of nostalgia for me. - Chuck e. Cheese came out and danced/interacted with the kids (once when we were the only ones there & it made my granddaughters day) - the airport location has a better game selection than the Monroe location (in my opinion) - the mini trampoline park is nice
***Yes it's kind of pricey and the food is only ok, but I can totally overlook that when all of the other things were great.

Best Chuck E Cheese that we go to Staff is very attentive and kind. I forget his name I believe it was Kam, he was incredible to us. Very high energy and enthusiastic ChuckE came out and danced as well. Thank you!
Spent $140 dollars, took my 3 grandchildren will never go there again. Burnt cookie, burnt pizza, not stuffed crust, not what I ordered. Manager on duty was young and didn’t have a clue. I would be ashamed to work there. Daylan was terrific, his customer service was excellent.

Went there for my nephews birthday. We all had a good time and the kids had a blast.
Kid-friendliness: The kids got to be kids. They all played games and laughter and banter was everywhere.
Wheelchair accessibility: There was a few handicap parking spots and a ramp to make it easier. That was blocked by a self centered uncaring person. It happens but that did not stop are fun.

We had our kids birthday party there today and the manager brie was phenomenal! She went above and beyond to make sure our kids were having a great time and she kept us informed the whole time! Her energy was so amazing!! 10/10 recommend having a birthday party for you kiddos here!!

Stopped in today with my three children, everyone was pleasant. Trampoline prices are a scam. But ordered pizza and a gentleman named Braden was beyond exceptional with the service provided. I highly recommend it there as long as he is working.
