Honestly was very surprised at how much fun we had. The pizza tasted way better than I expected, the "per hour" option for playing games is great for small kids, and everyone who worked there was very nice.

I haven't been to this location yet I plan to real soon because I'm so glad that they still have the animatronic show there which I am a big fan of! Especially Jasper ???? I had gone to a different Chuck e cheese location back in January on my birthday I wish I had known about this location then, I would have went here instead because I didn't get to see the show at the other one but it was still good food so looking forward to coming up here one afternoon or evening for a good dinner an time might even have a go at some games Big Thanks for still having the Show too!

Great service. Super friendly. My daughter and I had a wonderful time! Staff was super friendly when we ordered food and with my daughter picking prizes. Great five meat pizza. We will definitely return to this Chuck E Cheese soon.

The employees made this such an awkward experience! we paid way too much money to get the salad bar for four adults, plus pizza and cheesy bread, and were given a stack of plates. The two men in our party got salad just fine, but when my MIL and I went to get salad we were stopped by two employees and asked why we didn’t have the right plates, who paid for the salad, and which employee gave us the plates. my husband paid so I had no idea. It was this big awkward and very public confrontation over freaking salad plates, after already paying $12 per plate! and they were the ones who didn’t give us the “right” color plate to begin with.my husband went up to show them the receipt, but we still never got an apology or anything.plus when I walked in with my two older kids and waited for a hand stamp, this teen behind the counter (same one who later confronted us about the plates) yelled at me to just come through, so we did. Then my husband came in with the baby and she stopped him saying it was a security issue and he needed a stamp. so they signed him in with a random family and never stamped me or our kids. When we went to leave we had to try to explain what happened.I don’t know who left that teen in charge, but she needs a lot more training on management. which is a shame because the food was good. we’ve came here regularly, but we’ll find a new place going forward.

The children really loved it however our buzzer for food never went off we kept checking and they said it would be going off soon. And then finally we walked to the back and was told oh it must not have worked by that time our pizza was cold. It was not cheap pizza It was actually pretty expensive but it was cold and hard.

Went on a Monday night for our son and his friends birthday and it was just us there. The crew was so friendly and even brought Chuck out for only 4 young kids. The crew really gave our small group a magical experience. Really exceeded our expectations.

Horrible experience we waited in the lobby for 20 minutes no one showed up to help we ended up walking out on my daughter's birthday because there was nobody around.... But when we started heading for the door somebody popped out of the shadows. Completely uncalled for!!! Horrible atmosphere, nobody to talk to.... I can see why the company went down hill

Manager was amazing. Wonderful service. Clean facility and caring employees. Animatronics were top notch and games were well cared for and fun to play.Cannot stress enough about how great the manager was.The actual Chuck E. Cheese was wonderful with the kids and took the time to address each child individually and make them feel special.Will absolutely be going back.Please, please, do not get rid of the animatronic band. Definitely the highlight of my child’s night. Love y’all.

Went today and had a pretty good time with my daughter. Not a lot of people inside so we didn't have to deal with any crowds. Ever machine was working and we had no problems with any games. I really enjoyed how you can pay by time now instead of tokens, so you can just decide how long you want to stay and the kids can play all they want. Service was exceptional, anything we needed was taken care of promptly. Facility was clean and well maintained.Parking: Parking lot could use a little matinence but was fairly clean and maintained.Kid-friendliness: Obviously as its a kids place.Wheelchair accessibility: All first level so easy for wheelchairs to access.
