The store for dining in was closed 37 mins past their time to be open. The 12 pieces of chicken were old nasty and dried out it also tasted like fish because of the oil that smells like it hasn't been changed.

This is not a clean or sanitary place. I have eaten here once and it was about 80 degrees. I had to use the bathroom and it was out of order? How can you be a restaurant and not have any type of restroom? I think management could do a better job maintaining this restaurant. I was able to use the restroom and this is an example of what that looked like from the inside. The restaurant looks like it’s cleaned up but the amount of time your waiting is a bit long. The back room looks better and the bathroom has a sink that works. The dining room could use some t l c. It takes forever for a take out order to be completed. It’s getting better just needs more work.

Extremely dirty place, all the doors are open & they're power washing the restaurants equipment out the back door. There's not a working bathroom or ice for the machines. Everyone's on their phones and walking around inside & out the establishment.

Beaware of this place. It's extremely nasty. I placed a order online. Pulling into the drive thru 8 min later, I was told I have to come in. Doesn't make since my order should of been ready and their was a car behind me and in front of me. What really bit me the wrong way is when I pulled up to the window another 15 min later they still told me to come inside. I came inside and let my self known. 15 min later I was asked what I had. And I told them my name and I ordered online. They just said oh. 11 min later they gave me my food. The apple pie had no frosting. And I told the lady in front. She said you have to ask for frosting. I said when? And it's advertised with frosting never with out it Do you know it took them another 11 min to get a freaken pie. I wasn't even offered a drink. Oh and by the way this place never has ice. If the girl at the drive thru wasn't so focused on her phone we would of been good I guess. Well I made a complaint with corporate and while I was out side I seen the girl leave out. Seemed up set. Hopefully she was fired or at least suspended. I know that seems mean. But if your bills are a priority then you don't jeopardize your job with ignorance.

This is the first and last time I’ll go to church's. I placed my online order at 12:33 , stated will be ready at 12:40. Went in at 12:40. Order number 12562447279 at 5 S Reynolds Road, Toledo , Ohio. Didn’t start to receive my order until 13:10. The meaning behind STARTING is they handed me my food at 13:10. Went through the bag. No biscuit, no mash potatoes with gravy or drink with meal deal. Had to ask for the condiments and the extra one I ordered with the order. I asked for an unsweetened tea. No tea. Got a medium Dr Pepper when I ordered a large. At that point I was over it and took what drink they handed me warm pop no ice. If I didn’t go through the order at the counter I would have been big time short changed. By the way all the time being served plenty attitude with all the short comings. Needless to say this will be the last time I’ll go there. The only saving grave was the food was decent. Except the 3.49$ half a small burnt cup of Mac and cheese.
