This is the first and last time I’ll go to church's. I placed my online order at 12:33 , stated will be ready at 12:40. Went in at 12:40. Order number 12562447279 at 5 S Reynolds Road, Toledo , Ohio. Didn’t start to receive my order until 13:10. The meaning behind STARTING is they handed me my food at 13:10. Went through the bag. No biscuit, no mash potatoes with gravy or drink with meal deal. Had to ask for the condiments and the extra one I ordered with the order. I asked for an unsweetened tea. No tea. Got a medium Dr Pepper when I ordered a large. At that point I was over it and took what drink they handed me warm pop no ice. If I didn’t go through the order at the counter I would have been big time short changed. By the way all the time being served plenty attitude with all the short comings. Needless to say this will be the last time I’ll go there. The only saving grave was the food was decent. Except the 3.49$ half a small burnt cup of Mac and cheese.

Overly disappointed is an understatement for this establishment. I love Churches chicken but this restaurant is horrible. The restroom stated that it was out of order but had employees going into the restroom to use it. They didn't have ice supposedly but you have employees walking around getting drinks with ice in their cups. If they are going to say they don't have ice probably should be walking around with clear cups in front of customers. Took 20 mins to get our food. You had employees walking around in hoodies with their hoods up. No gloves no hairnets. We will never go back to this one. Such a shame.. I always loved church's chicken.

This place should have stayed closed. Absolutely horrible customer service all the way up to the General manager named Mike. They are serving old food and warm drinks with no ice. Oh don’t bother asking for refunds they not allowed if GM isn’t there. But wanted me to take the food with me to return tomorrow to show to GM.

I had a very disappointing experience at this establishment. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I pointed out that the prices on the menu board were different from what he tried to charge me, he repeatedly told me that he had to go by what the register showed, completely disregarding the visible pricing displayed to customers. To make matters worse, I was served burnt food, which was unacceptable. This level of service is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Very disappointing!

I got a three piece snack. The 3 pieces of chicken were TOO DAMN SMALL. LOOKED LIKE A KIDDIE PLATE.

Mom and I came in drive thru rather late, they didn’t have coleslaw which my mom loves her coleslaw. The chicken was dry and very small. The people working that night acted like it was a big party inside, eating in front of us and laughing. Will not go back!!!
