⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We stopped in for breakfast at City Egg in Toledo and everything was excellent! The food quality was amazing — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. You can really tell they take pride in what they serve. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick and attentive. It’s such a great spot for a relaxed, high-quality breakfast. Definitely one of the best breakfast experiences I’ve had in a while — highly recommend!

Its a self sever breakfast/lunch place. You ordered off a kiosk which was different. No waitress you seat yourself. The Food was really good alittle high priced but not by much. Friendly staff to answer my questions and definitely we'll be back

City Egg in Toledo is a great place for breakfast. You order first, then grab your drinks and find a table while they make your food. There's lots of seating inside and outside. The place is clean and well-kept, and the staff is super friendly. The menu is simple but has a good breakfast selection. The food was made to order and came out fast and hot.

The 2 workers were very productive, and the person who helps with the orders was very helpful. I didn't know what chorizos were, so he offered me some to try. Very nice setup as well, with even better quality food

Quiet atmosphere, great value, and solid food. I love that the space was calm even during the day—made for a peaceful break. My only frustration is that breakfast sandwiches are only available mid-day if you dine in. That said, $12 for a single and a double sandwich combo? Can’t beat that! Definitely a good spot when you want something satisfying without the noise.

Looking forward to sitting outside on the warmer weather!

I have been coming here for at least 5 years consistently. I love the location, vibes, and of course, the food. I always switch things up and am never disappointed. Today, there was a hard piece of vegetable fiber in the omelette, I proceeded to inform the chef l. He let me know that it was a piece of zucchini. I told him that it was no big deal. I just wanted to be sure that it wasn't anything else. Which, after his explanation, it was obvious that it was a zucchini, just maybe a tiny bit old or an end piece. While finishing my meal, August made her way over and again apologized and gave me a free voucher for next time. By no means would this experience have halted me from coming back but that action insured my business for life. No company is perfect, but handling the situations that aren't optimal with such professionalism, speaks volume to the integrity of the business and culture. Thank you to Trae, August, and the rest of the team for a great experience!

It was alright. Packets of ketchup irritate me at a sit down restaurant. Not to mention environmental impact. Then ordering from a kiosk with somebody staring at you at the front area. Food was okay. Sandwhich had like 4 eggs I swear. Way too much egg on a normal sandwhich. Wife’s omelet has less eggs by the looks of it. Hash browns were barely cooked enough to eat. Coffee sucked.

Stumbled upon City Egg tucked away by the City Park. The interior was surprisingly bright and clean, giving off a cozy "grandma's kitchen" vibe. Ordering was a breeze at the self-kiosk, with pictures to help guide your choices.

Opted for the Westgate Bowl with extra hash browns and a C-Bus Juice. The breakfast was decent, but nothing extraordinary. Some ingredients tasted a bit processed or frozen, and the hash browns were slightly undercooked. However, the C-Bus Juice was the star of the show - bursting with fresh flavor! I'll definitely be back to explore their other juice options.

As for the food, it was passable, but not something I'd crave. The staff seemed a bit indifferent, but it was a holiday and the place was empty, so perhaps they were just bored. Overall, City Egg is an okay spot for a quick, simple breakfast, but the real highlight is their delicious juice selection.

Short lady with brown hair was unnecessarily rude after I didn’t like my juice. Juice is not made fresh (only OJ) and my Vitamin C tasted like Minute Maid. I kindly asked for orange juice instead since it is the only fresh juice they make. She scolded me and told me she wouldn’t be able to throw another juice away next time. So rude and unnecessary. I will never return, just visiting the city anyway. Learn customer service !
