Ava was very helpful creating my account and made some fantastic ice cream with my BOGO reward.

Extremely thankful to Savanna (I think?) for taking my wife’s allergy seriously and making her ice cream away from the rest. Best chain ice cream spot and awesome employees. Thanks!!!

When I go I always get the berry Berry nice sweet cream ice cream.

Staff is always friendly and great at what they do (even the girls complaining they were going to be there til midnight bc of the rush lol) my favorite is Don't Cry Over Spilled Silk- lactose intolerant here...my family mixes it up, but we've never had a bad ice cream!

This place’s ice cream is amazing. It keeps up with DQ, but it has way more customization options. Also, the prices are relatively fair considering the volume of ice cream and toppings you can include. You won’t regret trying this place.

Very good ice cream and the staff is nice, but don't expect them to get your doordash order right...ever. I've ordered several different times on doordash and its always missing a mix-in.

Now I love Coldstone, but my ice cream wasn’t even filled up to the top of the cup..for how expensive it is you would expect for them to at least fill it up to the rim. I have gotten ice cream here before and they piled it on, so that the scoops reached well over and were rounded (as they should be). The girl working was very friendly and there were plenty of mix-ins that were incorporated well. I hope I get more ice cream next time. I am sadly addicted.

They handle online orders poorly. When you enter the shop and inform them, that's when they start preparing your order.I've seen many people cancel and leave – not very professional.
