Steve is always AWESOME!!! He installed my new kitchen faucet very quickly & efficiently! Additionally, he left no evidence that he was even in my apartment; he replaced everything back under the sink after he was finished!

I just toured with Whitney! She was so kind and full of energy! I’m moving from Alabama and was so nervous about the move. She made me feel right at home and was extremely helpful! She recently moved there herself and I think she’s is a great addition to their team!

I wanted to thank Stephanie from the main office on how helpful and understanding she was during my process of getting my lease approved and ready for move in. I appreciated the knowledge and professionalism as she made my transition from out of state to here at Commodore Perry very smoothly. Thanks for an awesome job.

The elevators go down very frequently, forcing residents to walk up to 17 flights of stairs. The regional manager is failing to deal with the problem, and the complex manager has recently left after years of ignoring the problem. If you don’t want to risk carrying your groceries up 17 stories, you should not move in here. If you scroll down, you’ll see that the elevators are frequent topics in these Google reviews. You’ll also see that the complex responded to one of these reviews only 3 months ago saying that they are fixing it so this won’t be a recurring problem, but that’s untrue, as the problem is recurring.

And for the record, Stephanie, who is in charge of leasing and is usually at the front desk, as well as the cleaning and maintenance staff are excellent. It’s upper management that seems to be failing to deal with the elevators in an appropriate manner.

Edit after response: When I was in the office, I was told by the regional manager that she had called 5 minutes before I came in. This was an hour and a half after all elevators were down. Yes, when there are 4 elevators in the building, and all of them go down, that is failing to address the problem. Two of the four elevators have never been operational since I’ve lived here. The one working elevator in the lobby was down for many weeks before being operational only days before both elevators, including the freight elevator, stopped working. It’s frightening that the elevator situation is not seen as a failure; as noted in my review, you can see multiple reviews from other residents expressing concern over the elevators, and previous responses were made to those comments assuring that this will not be a recurring issue, so when the problem is recurring, I’m not sure why the complex is more disappointed with an accurate review than its own failure to mitigate these problems. This is not the first time that all elevators have gone down, and there’s no excuse for having four elevators installed, and not calling anyone to fix them until residents are forced to walk the stairs up to 17 stories.

Yesterday, I spent most of my day searching different apartments, townhomes, and places to live because I’m moving to the area and haven’t decided yet where to live. I wanted to leave a comment here specifically about the property management team. Julie was a pleasure to talk on the phone with and Stephanie, who showed me around the place was amazing. They were all super friendly, professional, and very accommodating. The area and the views from the place are also amazing. I think I’m narrowing it down to this location or maybe their sister property as well from all of the places I looked.
