The experience was so fun! Ty was incredible and needs recognition for making the experience as wonderful as it was. He greeted us with a complimentary sample and let us know we could get two more complimentary samples at the wine tasting bar and our table. We enjoyed an appetizer and two samples, then ordered dinner and went to the wine bar for more samples while waiting on our dinner to arrive. Afterwards, we roamed through the store and purchased a few delicious chocolates...
Had such a wonderful evening last night thanks to Geoffrey who was assisting us with our tasting and Ian who was our waiter. This is our 4th or 5th time visiting this location and we’re coming from the Detroit area. We always do a tasting when we first arrive and have dinner afterwards. Our hostess was great! When we arrived I needed to use the ladies room. While I was gone, she discreetly and very politely asked my partner if I had any special needs as she had taken notice of a medical garment on my arm and hand.
So nice to encounter someone who cares and would have accommodated any special needs I might have had (I don’t 😊). Many thanks for going above and beyond!
