I moved to SoCal in the late 80s, and I was introduced to Price Club, which is now Costco. Every time I go into a Costco warehouse, I wished that Costco had existed when I was a child. I grew up in a family of 5 children, with 4 of them being boys. My Mother would go to the local grocery a couple times a week, primarily for milk. I love Costco!! I have no problem showing my ID Card upon entry, nor at exiting with receipt in hand. They have so many great quality products at a reasonable price! Sure, you sometimes buy more than you otherwise might need, but there is definitely a savings- also if you buy online! My mom finds their vitamins and supplements to be a great value. This store has lots of employees who are good at engaging and asking if any help is needed. The prices are pretty good. We usually have our go to items but still shop around a bit. The selection is a bit off. There are many more items available at other stores we frequent like Perrysburg and Columbus, OH.
