No washcloths in room

I had an absolutely terrible experience here. The woman at the front desk, Nafisa, who claimed to be the front desk manager, treated me with extreme rudeness. She charged me for a room I never stayed in, and when I tried to explain the situation, she raised her voice, spoke over me, and made several unprofessional and hurtful remarks. Her behavior was completely unacceptable and made me feel disrespected and unwelcome. Based on this experience alone, I will never stay here again and cannot recommend this place to anyone.

clean hotel, no free breakfast, over priced for stay.

I was lied too. When I checked in I asked if I could transfer from the points that I was using to a free night certificate. The girl that checked me in told me they could switch that in the morning. When I went down the next morning I was told that this could not do this. I much rather have been told I don't know, you can ask in the morning than to be lied to.

If you're staying in Toledo this is the area you want to be in. Everything you need is very close. It's Courtyard always a comfortable stay

My stay quite awhile ago involved waking up to SUGAR ANTS on most nightstand and table surfaces at this hotel! When I reported it to the manager, she did not seemed surprised! I asked for the room stay to be comped, and they advised they could not do that. Corporate issued many days later a future room credit in a very small amount. This experience has turned me off of Marriott properties. Very disappointing stay at the Courtyard Marriott Toledo Westgate!

Staff was friendly & responsive. I spotted toenail shaving by the pool. mentioned it to front desk. Returned to pool - all cleaned up. My overall stay at this hotel was very comfortable. The veranda out back was a nice touch!

Very helpful and accommodating staff. Clean rooms. Right off the highway.

Made aware of you deleting my post Miss Adams. You are not a manager liar. You are thief and need to be terminated. You lost many customers due to your pool and laundry room smelling like sewage. You are a disgrace to the Marriott brand. Delete this one .

Next to many restaurants that are walking distance.

Room and quality of the hotel were great. Everything was updated and worked well.

I appreciated the cleanliness and temperature control in my room. The staff were friendly. Overall, a great experience.

My only complaint would be the dumpsters being emptied at 4am. It was unbelievably loud and woke me up. I understand this may not be in their control so it did not impact my rating. If it something they can control, I recommend adjusting for future guests!

Meh! Stayed for briefly for 2 nights. So so. Didn’t explain benefits for elite bonus clearly. I knew my perks but wanted to see if front desk knew.

The customer service is terrible... Sooo rude! I booked on Priceline and I was not informed that there would be a $200 deposit when I checked in by them or the hotel, which 3 days later they continue to collect off my card. I called to talk to someone and was informed that the info was listed on a sign in the hotel. So make sure u go in and read every sign posted in the hotel before u book or u may get some unexpected charges cause it's ur responsibility, not theirs. Good luck!
