Every time I order a banana split it seems to be different every time and consistently seems to get smaller
The staff was pleasant and the location was clean.
Can never go wrong with DQ Heath Blizzard!!
I haven't been to a Dairy Queen in a very long time. We took our grandson for a treat and DQ was close. The kid had a small blizzard and we had ice cream. The blizzard was excellent, it had lots of toppings and was a good size. The ice cream was tasty and again it was a good size. DQ is good value for the money. The only negative was the help, but I guess good help is hard to find.
I placed a pick up order that said they would know when we were there and they would start making it. After waiting 15 minutes while new customers kept being served we finally asked about it. Our order was just sitting in the back melting instead of on the pick up shelf. No one offered to remake it.
The chicken basket was awesome
This place totally knocked my socks off! Their service is faster than a NASA X-43 on steroids and the service is top notch! I will be coming back with my family.

Not the best, but not the worst.
Lately, the ice cream has felt like it has more ice than milk/flavor. The staff wasn't that friendly when I went in and ordered and they seemed like they did not want to be there.
The bench outside the window is a nice touch for when it is nice out, but there really should be more seating.
The walk up window on the side for food delivery drivers is a very nice touch, hence the 2 stars (would have given it 1)
Parking: Plenty of parking and there are handicap spaces right near the front door.

The store is most definitely smaller than what I was expecting. Because of this, I felt a bit awkward being in there whilst I was waiting. However, the male manager that was in there made the experience significantly easier. Well, to be most certain, he looked like he would be the manager. I’m not too sure if he was actually one or not. Anyways, I originally thought I wanted this cool new hip order I saw on online. After talking with him about it, I decided to switch things up and go for whatever his favorite ice cream was. Glad to say, it was not only a nice way to make me feel more comfortable, but the ice cream he recommended was a 10/10! I want to say the young boy’s name was Trent. That, or maybe it was Thomas. Whoever he was, I’m glad I stopped in!

I've been to this establishment a total of 3 times and I haven't had a good customer service experience. Two timw I went later in the evening about a hour before closing. I'm guessing that's the wrong time since the workers just continued to clean and pretty much ignore the fact they had a customer. Makes sense now why it is empty when I have went. The ice cream is way over priced for the amount you get and the service you first have to endure to receive it. The ice cream is actually great but unless I'm just craving ice cream late night and can't go to the grocery store or to another establishment that will be the only way, I will go here again. Especially to this specific location.

Fast and friendly. The store was clean and I enjoyed my pumpkin spice blizzard.
The service was great, and the pumpkin pie blizzard was pretty good. I was looking for a chicken strip basket, but this location only serves dessert.

This place is as woke as they come.
4 of us went in for ice cream and the bill totaled almost 30 dollars and when handed the clown at the register a $50 bill he said "bro, can't take anything larger than a $20 bill"
This is America ?? and if you can't take our currency for your product you shouldn't be in business I will be spreading the word on several different social media sites regarding this place and will make sure my self and friends never patronize this woke establishment ever again and will be talking to friends to see if we can hold a protest out front to let toledo and others know about their practices.
If fraud is what you're worried about with US currency as a business there are several ways to attempt to prevent that instead of being rude to customers and turning US currency away
Again, this is the USA , not China
