Blizzards might have well been milk shakes đ
Their vanilla ice cream was so delicious very nice so I give this five stars!
I used to manage a dine in restaurant, so I understand how frustrating it can be when the last-minute customers show up. They only add minimal overall sales while lowering your sales/hour and hurt your labor since you have to keep your staff there and paid which cost more than the profit gained usually..... so I am very happy that when my 80yo grandmother wanted 4 quarts of Dairy Queen ice cream because all the others upset her stomach at the last half hour that not only did she get it but the staff was friendly and you would never have known they were just ready to go home after a long shift. Thank you, this kind of service deserves recognition...
It's a wonderful place to get that chocolate cone, that you have been thinking about!
I was DoorDashing tonight and witnessed extremely unprofessional behavior from a staff member named Barbara. She was loudly yelling at other employees in front of customers, creating a very uncomfortable environment.
Ripoff. Tried the new strawberry cheesecake. Alot of chocolate on top, a few strawberries then was all vanilla. Idk if this was dq recipe or employees at this location
Chili cheese dog with pickles was cold and bun was stale and hard and fries were cold and limp. Worst meal Iâve ever had. How can people serve food like that when they know itâs no good.

Place looks nicer than the people that work there. Had an issue with the order and the manager told me he has to make things the way DQ told him to make it. So basically if I want a cheeseburger without ketchup they cannot do it ? I need to pay to fix it. Outrageous. Unprofessional. Call this place Dairy

Live in AZ but frequently am in OH. Been going to this location since the early 1980s. While always quality food and great service, I must admit it's gotten even better. Definitely my favorite place for cold treats!!

My daughter has allergies so I have to be really careful when we go out places. I try to be as fair as I can to her so she doesnât feel left out.
Usually when we go to DQ, she gets the same thing every time (vanilla with sprinkles). I always have to ask the employees to wash their hands.
But today, when we walked up, she seen a picture of a Dily Bar and wanted it. When we got to the counter, I asked the younger lady if we could see the ingredients for the Dily Bar. Her response âitâs just chocolate and vanilla ice cream. No allergens in it.â Me âdo you mind if I just we the box to double check?â She rolled her eyesâŠ..
A nice young man walked over and asked what I needed. After telling him, he quickly went to the freezer, no problem. Brings the box over and actually helps me check the info on the boxâŠjust to make sure. I told him we would take the pre-packaged Dily Bar (by the way, it had soy and milk in it).
The young women started to ring me up, forgetting to ring up the Dily Bar (she was standing right there). I informed her that she forgot to ring it up. She said âwhich one?â I told her I did not know there were two? An older women (pretty sure it was the manager) walks over and asks which Dily Bar we got âbecause there are two.â I told her to ask the young boy who was helping us, to ensure we got that exact one we looked at the ingredients on. The managerâŠâŠ.rolled her eyes at me.
After ringing me out, I told all three of them to have a good day. The younger women slammed the window. The older women walked away. The boy told us to have a good day.
I usually donât complain. But I take my daughterâs allergies very seriously. The misinformation I was given could have resulted in my daughter having an allergy attack. The attitude I received was ridiculous, especially from a manager.
We sat there eating our ice cream for 20 minutes and they had no customers. I am not sure what their rush was.
If you have children with allergies, or you yourself have allergies, please just double check the info youâre being told.
