I ordered food here, and they said 30 to 35 minutes. An hour plus later still no food. So I call and as soon as the phone was answered. I get put on hold without saying a word. Then I say, ya I called and ordered food over a hour ago. And it's still not here when you said 30 to 35 minutes. The answer I get is ya OK, it'll be there. In the rudest way possible! Not only did I tell them to keep the food! I will, nore will anyone in my family, or friends. Will ever go there again. And I will be making post on every social media there is. I've never been treated so poorly. Since you can't respond and all there was no misunderstanding, it was a delivery, and they said 30 to 35 minutes. Plus they were rude as can be! I didn't care about the wait I cared how I was treated! And if young kids are running your business. Maybe you need to be there more! You argue with anyone that says anything negative about your so called pizza shop! Just look at your response! And my live on social media has over 3000 likes. So it's not just a me thing!

Very impressed! First time ordering. Usually do bambinos, because it's good and I know it. Decided to try this tonight and it's very, very good. Got the club sub, and cheese bread. Can't find one bad thing to say!!!

As a transplant to Toledo, this is the best pizza I have had in the city by far. Even more impressive was the service. My pizza got mixed up with another order and I did not realize it until I got home. The manager handled the situation, and this is why Ill be back for sure. The prices are also very fair for the delicious pies that you get.
