Our waiter was very bubbly and friendly. She was attentive to our table. But she did mix up our food order and our checks at the end but other than that she was the best part of the dining experience. We ordered alcoholic drinks that were disgusting and watered down which fits the name of the name of the drink I had called, Danger Water. I ordered chicken tenders for my daughter and they were not at all acceptable. They came in 4 and I SWEAR they were LITERALLY no bigger than my pinky finger! SMGDH... Im not one to complain because my sister is a server but we had 11 at our table and EVERYBODY said, What the hell is that?? And everybody said ABSOLUTELY NOT should you pay for that! We asked the waitress to please get the manager. She came over with an attitude.. And basically said, Thats how they come...And just still with an attitude. So I requested a refund and sent the crap back to the kitchen. We spent a considerable amount of money and the majority of the food was just not acceptable.

They have updated the menu with some great new options. 10 wings for $10 on certain days and the games are always a plus. The gaming area was a little too busy for my kids liking. That's to be expected on half price game day! Will return.

the food was good, the desert was brought out right after the food, about 10 mins after and it was a brownie type dessert. we ordered four and all 4 were hard and inedible. we had a blast playing games.

David was the best server. They were attentive, asked if we needed refills or to go cups. The food came so fast! And it was soooo good! We got an appetizer and entires! They came fast but you can tell they were cooked good and not just thrown in a microwave. We came at 7:30 which I assume is there busier time too! So props to our lovely server, the kitchen and the manager! Our service was above what we couldve asked for. Bravo to you guys! And thank you to our sever David for taking care of us

I ended up going to my local Dave & Buster’s twice in one week—first with a few friends and then again with a bigger group from my organization—and both visits were a blast. I’ve been going to Dave & Buster’s pretty much my whole life, and I’ve always loved the variety of games they have. But the new game center they have called The Arena was amazing! What really pushed my review from four stars to five this time was the hospitality.
I have to give a special shoutout to Kerry,(I believe) the manager. She was awesome during both visits (Thursday and Sunday). She was super helpful, really informative, and checked in with us often to make sure we were doing okay and having a good time. It made the whole experience feel even better! Because of her and the great service overall, I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this location!

It wasn't to busy for the 4 ok games we had a bunch of appetizers they all where great.
We prepped them with a birthday party reservation days prior so I would’ve hoped they properly staffed and prepared… unfortunately it didn’t seem like they did. They wanted to split us up in bar the bar and then moved us to the bigger seating and actually moved tables and chairs after asking.. Drinks took forever and even the food and once we had food a majority was cold. No one was taking our first plates and empty cups so we had to “take care of it ourselves” and set them on the table next to us where they sat there a majority of the time there (and even other tables were just left dirty long after other customers left the restaurant, just not a good look at all. Not sure I’d ever plan a party here again. And then we get to the family bathroom with a newborn, the changing table ALMOST DROPPED MY KID, once i set her on the table it dropped at a slant and what the heck do you do with a half missing safety strap? Unsafe. I had to hold it up with my leg to change her.. as far as the service goes I wasn’t expecting perfect but i would have hoped to not do another persons job.

We rented out the private room for a game day birthday party. The staff was amazing. Shelby was our server and she did an awesome job. She was super sweet and so accommodating and helpful. The manager (woman with short haircut) was awesome super nice and checked in on us several times. The food was great the only thing was the nachos were cold but still pretty good. I have no complaints. Great job to their staff and team!

Food was tasty but small portions especially for the price. Service was fast but they cleaned our table when we left to play and took our stuff left on table. Came to play and watch game. They tried to push us out. Don't come here to watch anything cause if you do they clean table and push you out
