I remember the days when this was a legit arcade & bar combo. Adults and kids could enjoy. It's becoming Chuck-3-Cheese here. Undisciplined children running around that nobody wants to confront. Staff are scared to intervene because of confrontations from people that act ridiculous. Everything you play is pre-loaded on a card so, just like a casino, you barely know what you're spending. Crazy prices. *Historically, Dave & Buster’s targeted an adult clientele, with policies like requiring guests under 21 to be accompanied by a guardian and restricting their access after 10 p.m. Now, it's a shell of what made it unique. Bring your kids...boring games. The model now is to have kids waste credits on bad games while you drink $8 beer. Staff/servers were very nice. Conversations with them further exposed what this place has become.

Great place for kids and their parents. Food was good, not crazy expensive. Arcade was clean and games were in good repair. We bought the time limited cards (rather than token limited) as our group had 5 kids and 7 adults, allowed more game play. We were ready to be done when the cards expired.

Whatever you do do not order the Brussels sprouts. They are awful. The food is only ok and it's not worth the price. The music in the restaurant was extremely loud and it made it hard for the 7 of us to talk. Games were fun and it appeared clean.

Arrived and seated was seated fairly quickly. That was the only thing that was quick. After being seated amd and waiting the first person came and said she would be right back and take our drink order Didn't come back person # 2 bitching about how she was so busy because several people decided to check out at the same time then she leftbfpr drinks came back a while later with the drinks After a even longer wait she finally took food orders. Appetizers finally arrived pretzel dogs was cold and gummy like they was noy cooked. Finally got entrees. Flat bread gummy dough and cold All the fries was cold. Ordered no shrimp on the pasta salad it had shrimp. The remake was a plate with so much oil in the pasta it could be poured off Service was terrible food was terrible staff is slow with a lot of excuses. Games overpriced.

I played three games in a row, every time it took my credits but didn't allow me to play. Two of the games for completely missing the components to play the game. When I asked to speak to somebody about it they just got really shitty with me and said that they would get to it if they had time to fix it. For the amount of money we spent we won't be going back there ever again.

First time back after the renovations. Turned out pretty good!
Decent, overpriced food, especially considering the high cost of gameplay points, but it is fun for an evening out with or without kids.
Very loud environment, but as expected for a large arcade.

The staff were extremely helpful, from the moment you walk in the door, they walk right up to you and help you out! They went to great lengths to think of all the possible ways people would want to interact and are very accommodating! You can take your drinks to the game floor, you can keep your table from being bussed while you play, it's a blast! Took the whole family, Dad (40), Mom (36), Son and gf (both 15) and Son (13), all had a great time!
