We got 3 items. Apple Pie Sunday was ok, Nilla wafers and apple topping. My son's milk shake (vanilla with cookie dough and chocolate and Carmel) just tasted like milk and ice. And my daughter 's chocolate shake was really clumpy.
We love this place! We have always had EXCELLENT customer service. The food and ice cream are always delicious and the pricing and portion sizes are amazing, especially in this economy.
Just went here at 8:35pm tonight on Monday 24th 2024 and want to get my girls ice cream ... I ordered my daughters but when I went to ask what a specific ice cream was (a Freeze) I asked the girl how do I order ... not only was the girl nasty , responded while avoiding eye contact , and said "it's just whatever flavor of slushie you want" so I then tried to look back at the menu and couldn't read the flavors so I decided I would just get something else .... the she started naming off the flavors very aggressively and I then asked if she had an attitude and she said (with an even bigger attitude) "NO ! I'm reading off the flavors ... blue raspberry, cherry .... etc" as I gradually drove off ...
I don't care , bad day or not ... that is not how you treat customers... I grew up going to this place and it was my first time there this year to give my girls an idea what I grew up too and best believe I won't come back here . . .
The girl was white , with a blue shirt on , hair in a back bun with blue floral fake nails on . . .
I wasn't going to post a bad review but I tried calling and the voicemail hasn't been set up yet ?
The girl needs some Jesus in her life ? ?

Asked for a Brownie Sunday with no nuts. The lady who took my order also made the order and put nuts inside of it. This made the product I got a whole lot less enjoyable and as I didn't get my order as I wanted, it made the whole experience as if I wasted my hard earned money at this place.
