I ordered the shrimp tacos. They were so wet that the tortillas disintegrated. The server was not pleased when we wanted separate checks. I wouldn't go here with a group of people.

My coworker/friend would say this has been our favourite restaurant in Toledo. I’m so glad Thomas showed up this place because we’ve gone about 10 times since finding out about this place.
Excellent food and such amazing service. Wide selection of drinks and tacos.
Really wish we had this restaurant in Canada. Thank you for hosting us the past couple of weeks! It was definitely our favourite part of our work trip.

Have gotten the red snapper tacos three times. First two times were excellent. Stopped in for lunch, ordered the same and three out of four pieces had some bad meat attached, fatty, dark and too much skin. I literally had to remove the bad pieces as I could not bite through. Addressed my concerns with the waitress, had an opportunity to correct the situation and they did not. Received a bill in full. For that, I need to make my opinion heard so it doesn’t happen again. Cooks should recognize a bad piece. Situation is addressed, could easily be five stars across the board and would feel no need to share my experience.
This is a hidden Gem, great Mexican tapas if you go once you will go back. It's like eating dinner with family. The drinks are like nothing you have ever had , food is a real treat as it is different from traditional Mexican food. So so good and worth the visit.

This place is absolutely incredible! The service was professional, friendly, and inviting. The food was hands down the best I’ve had in the Toledo area. We got the Ceviche, Papas Bravas, and Taco Arrachas - each was better than the last. I cannot say enough good things about the food and experience!

Deseo is fantastic! Modern Mexican means the foods and flavors that are being served in contemporary restaurants in Mexico today. It is not the typical traditional Mexican. It's the food of today, and it is fabulous!! Everything is made fresh from scratch to order, even the margaritas! Tapas and plates for sharing, which I love because you get to enjoy a little bit of everything.
