Was trying to order a pizza online with my phone and the people that work there at Domino’s didn’t wanna help me. The black girl was rude to me. The customer service has went downhill.

online order sent to Florida; they told me to come back in 10 mins then tried to charge me the lady was not rude but if you already made it I guess she was hungry does not make sense to threw it away just weird Felt like the worst customer service from a cooperate store ordered from Papa Johns on Alexis and will be from now on after posting i noticed all the 1-star review changed food to 1 as well

Ordered online for delivery and didn't even bother to knock or ring the doorbell to let us know the food was here was sitting on our porch for 2 hours not happy at all with this place

Pizza was made wrong and needed to be remade. Customer service was sub par tonight. Ordered driver thru and after noticing my order was wrong I waited 5 minutes at the window but nobody came back. Driver saw me but did nothing because he was too focused on gathering his items for delivery, could've said hey there's someone at the window but no he didn't. Had to go inside to get someone's attention.

I really loved Domino's... I've been a pretty avid customer/member for a couple of years, now. I wish they offered green olives, but it's decent pricing for pretty good pizza.
But I tried to order dinner this week (like I've done several times) to work for myself and a couple coworkers... And not only did the order never arrive...there was no refund or attempt to redeliver. So we had to spend even more money to be fed for our 12 hour shift, elsewhere. ...they sent me coupons for my next order....? I won't be ordering again.... Sorry, but that's the worst response to "I have no food for the next 12 hours" I've ever heard of... I've never had food just not show up like that.
This location takes over an hour, sometimes up to three to get me my order. Almost every time.

I keep hoping this franchise will produce a quality product. And I keep getting let down. Of course, the commercials give you false hope because the reality is, you NEVER receive what you see on TV. So, I finally decided to give up ordering and write a review. I just can't believe the lack of cheese on this pizza. Just cover the pizza, at least. Plus, the steak sub my wife ordered, was more bread than meat.

Ordered a pizza at 7:01 it is now 9:01 and i have yet to get my pizza so unacceptable. Then i call again and the man ask me was it delivered. Nothing was ever delivered at all. The manager was rude we order pizza from this store a lot but never again.

Update, my husband had to go pick it up and the delivery driver said she couldn't find my apartment so she just left and decided not to inform everyone
