Ordered cinnamon twists for dessert & got NO ICING. Also ordered some sauces for this pizza that looks like it let out a weird fart. Use better crust, what’s with these popped bubbles & uneven spread of toppings? I also ordered two ranch cups and a garlic cup which I did not get. Thank you for ruining pizza night once again Dominos!

had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at this Domino’s. I placed an order through their app on August 30th. The app said my pizza would be ready in 20 minutes. When I arrived at the pickup window, I waited over 45 minutes. During that time, three different employees came out, asked my name, and never came back with any information. Finally, after about an hour, a fourth person came out and told me it would be another 30 minutes because they were busy — even though the app had already said my order was ready.
At that point, I told him I couldn’t wait any longer and asked him to cancel the order since I couldn’t do it through the app. He said “yes, that’s fine”. But the order was never canceled. I was still charged for food I never received.
Since then, I’ve called the store multiple times. The managers keep saying there’s nothing they can do and that the general manager would call me. It’s now September 17th, and no one has ever followed up. I’ve also tried calling again, but the restaurant doesn’t even answer the phone.
They never gave me my food, never refunded my money, and clearly do not care about their customers. At this point, I consider it theft. I strongly recommend avoiding this location — they will take your money and give you nothing in return.
