Ordered 2 pizzas and a cheese bread on Sunday 4/7/24 and everything was burnt. The thin crust was like eating potato chips ?. And the so called stuffed cheese bread... The cheese inside was dry. Worst food I have ever had from Dominos. I doubt I'll ever order from them again.

I placed an order around 5:27. My order didn't get here till 7:21. one pizza was not only incorrect but also burnt. I understand being shortstaffed to a point, but almost 2 hours? Call customers and let them know the wait will be longer than what was estimated. Or, at the very least make sure the order was correct (and not burnt) before sending it out.

It's Saturday, March 23. I was in there about 1pm to pick up an order for a nearby business.The girl working had brown hair and glasses. She clearly didn't like her job. She had attitude on the phone and when I came in, nobody came out for awhile. Finally, she comes out, looks over at me and starts doing something else. Didn't say, " I'll be right with you" , nothing. So I patiently waited longer.She looks at me again, continues doing other things.Then she disappeared in back.I had been there long enough by now so I walked over to see where she went. She was drinking something.I finally said excuse me, could you let me pay for my food?She walks over to the counter and says nothing.Literally, this was my very first time ordering food from this place and I won't be back .Hire people who know how to work in customer service! I've done it my entire life and know how to take care of my customers.

Delivery wait times 45 minutes- 1 hour and I can only assume they're short staffed, but I'm disappointed by the pasta portion. The dish is only filled halfway and there's only one drop of Alfredo sauce it seems. Just makes me sad that the pizza place company's pastas are disrespected by the company's portion control. Not even an extra option online??! This ain't the workers issue. It's corporate cheap restrictions while upping the prices.Pay more for way less$$$$For example: the lava cakes. There's 3 now and the price went up by a dollar, but the catch is, THE 3 CAKES ARE SMALLER. It's literally the same amount of cake as before. IT'S A SCAM AND I'M TIRED OF CORPS THINKING THEY'RE GETTING AWAY WITH THIS!!!! You can't fool everyone!!!!! I'M DONE BEING SILENT!!!☕

The pizza I ordered was drenched in pizza sauce. I mean, dang, why so much pizza sauce. What happened to Domino's? They need to reassess their pizza standard operating procedure (SOP). That was garbage, and I can't see myself ordering that garbage again.

I made a deal order for a delivery online and I made sure that I put everything I wanted in there. I patiently waited for it to come and I also called the store to double check and make sure that they had the order right when the order came, it only had one box of pizza and three paper plates. Nothing else that was on the receipt. I will put the receipts in the photos. I called the manager. The manager told me they cannot do anything because I also got the pizza and it was cold already but then I also had to wait extra time for him to go back to the store and then come back with everything else that I ordered outside of the pizza box was ordered way more than just pizza and they told me that they cannot do anything for me. Absolutely nothing but bring me the stuff that they missed now I have to stay up later for work. I have to wait for them to correct the error that they made . I didn’t even get an apology.

Never able to use my points online fue to system error or company locking the sight to disallow point redeeming so loyalty program seems pointless, staff are rude and the food is 50/50 if its made right.

The tracker wasn't working, so we called, and they hung up on us twice. The third time, they answered and didn't seem to care at all. I told them the tracker wasn't working, and I was curious about the order, to which they told me it was ready. After receiving the order, they missed our buffalo sauce.. the only other ingredient that was on the pizza.. I'm not sure if it's just the night crew that's like this.
