We had an issue with the payment. The manager took care of it was SUPER SWEET! Also they rewarded me last time we got pizza since they said they messed up. We are new to the area so this would be the main store to go to. Friendliness etc helps. We will order again.

Left 31 minutes after my quoted time without our pizza. They needed another 8 minutes but kids have to be picked up. Now no dinner. Rude staff. Out of medium boxes. Transferring pizzas from one box to another. They need serious training and help. 45 minutes quote time then waited in store 31 minutes. Very disappointing. Do not go to this place.

The service is ok at this location, but they ALWAYS get the cut wrong. We don't like pie cut and select the cut we want when we order, but its pointless if they'll never look at it.

Just ordered tonight…1st time in a while…Order took an hour…Sat in the drivers car for over a 1/2hr…Food was obviously cold…Pizza was hot garbage…Never ordering again…Keep the 20% off coupon you’re going to offer me for this review. Take that money and make a better product. It’s awful.

The best sub and pizza I have ever ordered from dominos central ave. Store in Sylvania, OH thank you soo much for making me a delicious dinner!!! I'll recommend ?!!
Disappointing when you get home and see that the Parmesan Bread Bites you ordered have no butter or parmesan on them and are just straight dough. And the pizza looks undercooked. Normally a good shop so they must have someone new or are short staffed/rushing too fast.

This has been the second time ordering at this Dominos and both experience's were not satisfactory. My recent order took over an hour and ten minutes, the pizza was warm and not fresh. The delivery driver did apologize for the delay and was professional. I wi not be ordering from this location in the future.
