Hands down best dunkin I've been too. The employees are kind, it's always very clean and they add seasonal decorations, and the orders are always reactive. They are also always very quick even when they're busy!

Our bagels are ALWAYS over toasted and hard...my son likes them, nevertheless. Service is quick and friendly and the location is always clean. The parking lot is difficult to navigate, especially on a busy day.

Donuts were disgusting, barely edible, small, skimpy, artificial tasting. Honestly the donuts at Kroger taste better and that's a low bar to measure up to. Hadn't been to a Dunkin Donuts in over 20 years, back then the donuts were pretty average quality but decent enough. Now, they'd give Tim Hortons a run for their money as to which would be better used as animal feed.

The worker at the check out gave me a lot of attitude when I reminded him that he did not give me my credit card back. His response ‘I don’t need your credit card’. Very unprofessional response . I won’t spend my money at this business anymore.

By far my FAVORITE Location simply due to the employees. All me and my husband ever order is a drink from multiple different locations. Only one place seems to make it EXTREMELY addicting but it's always when certain employees are working. (Haven't figured out the correct hours yet to make sure it tastes delicious every time). I even asked them how they made it exactly so I can request that way when at different locations. The answer I got was they made it with HEART lol I couldn't even be mad lol Planning on swinging by tomorrow!

The young lady at the counter today I didn’t catch her name maybe Meg? Light colored hair glasses tattoo on her arm . She was an absolute sweetheart and made my coffee perfect , thank you !! You started my Monday morning off right quality customer service does still exist! lol
I have been to almost every dunkin in ohio but this is hands down the best dunkin donuts I've ever been to!!! It is an " Airport highway area" and doesn't look like it's a great location but these people have high standards for their store. It's extremely clean and their food and and drinks actually has good flavor and tastes amazing!! Check this location out
