Extremely courteous customer service. The best Dunkin in town. Food n drinks are always fresh. Place is very clean and inviting. I just love it.
Came in to order and I haven’t been to a Dunkin’s before and I wanted to look at the menu before I ordered. Two employees came up asking me what I wanted and I told them both I was still looking, the second one got rude and proceeded talk to me with a snotty attitude and continued to rush me and my boyfriend to order. I tasted the worst coffee I have ever tasted. Rude service even worse coffee.

I just love this location. I’m a regular and they now know my order when I pull up and start talking, 99% of the time everyone is always so happy, there might be that one off day, but that’s to be expected. The price of this one is cheaper than Maumee and Perrysburg for the most part, so that’s even better. I trust the Dunkin brand for my coffee needs, even my K Pods at home are dunkin branded!!

Young lady at the counter this morning used her bare hand to put ice in the customers cup ahead of me. Neverrrr gnna get coffee from this location again. Just gross.
