I wanted pepermint hot chocolate which is a MD's seasonal offering. So after stopping at 2 Mcdonald's neither had it on December 13th but decided to go to Dunkin' and they offer it all the time. It's the go to place for specialty coffees.

Omar is the best barista at Dunkin in the entire USA. He’s super friendly has great customer service and always makes my day brighter. I asked for an oat milk latte and he made it perfectly the way I liked and I asked for an extra toasted bagel and I told them make it super crunchy and it was perfect with the perfect amount of cream cheese. I will not go to any Dunkin that Omar is not working at.

We went through the drive thru this morning at the Alexis rd store just before 11 am . I gave the cashier $20 and told her to pay on the bill for the car behind me...She didn't. I don't know what happened to the money. My daughter and her family were behind me in there car.I did this to help them feel better about there trip to Toledo. They had a ruff time in Toledo and on the way here.The Arby's next door shorted them on there meal the night before and then at the Holiday Inn Express across the street they didn't have air conditioning and were sold out.Thanks Toledo for showing us your best...NOT!!!!

I went through the drive-through to get a drink and planned to use my rewards. The worker, a teenage blonde girl, told me I couldn’t use my rewards for that drink which was fine, so I paid for it. However, she smacked her lips and spoke with an attitude while telling me, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional.
