Workers have private conversations with friends at the drive thru when customers are waiting. Ordered a hot coffee and they wanted me to drive around to the front to wait for it which I find odd. Then I go and wait and I’m waiting for a while and they did not come out with my coffee, so I had to get out of my car and go in and request my money back because it still wasn’t ready when I went in. I have never in my life experienced this kind of mess before at a Dunkin Donuts. The workers here are unprofessional and I would never go here again. I’m disgusted!

This location has the friendliest people on staff! I've been here many times and it seems to run like a well-oiled machine, I have never had a long wait or a bad experience. I actually prefer Starbucks products but keep returning here for the excellent service.

I used to like this place until the last few times I literally found hair in my food , you guys need to wear hair nets that is absolutely disgusting !
Everytime I order an ice Matcha I always say LESS ICE, but for some reason they give me way too much ice!!

So I went for a interview and when I got there the front cashier told me it was a new one down the street lie number one there is no new Dunkin’ further down central so I called and ask is this the Dunkin’ by the grocery store they act like they didn’t kno where they wear located then I get another person and he said yea by food town I said yes so I went back then another lie the front cashier talk to the hiring manager and he told me he never scheduled me but I have a message in my phone I really feel like it was some discrimination goin on that was highly embarrassing I wouldn’t recommend anyone to work there he didn’t even check to see if I was scheduled its ok yall miss out on a amazing employee thanks for wasting my Precious time

The iced holiday cookie, spiced cookie iced coffee, and the toasted white chocolate signature latte are my seasonal favorites here, with the frozen hot chocolate being my most favored. At this location the employee did a great job accommodating me as I couldn't seem to order for myself that day and needed my partner to order for us via a speaker phone. My one issue is that when I did speak up to ask for extra flavor, it went unnoticed and the request was not honored.
