Today was my first time in this coffee shop I was greeted when I came in. The workers were polite and welcoming. A very comfortable place to do your work or come have a hot beverage with a friend or partner.

I was so excited to try this new local coffee shop, such a disappointing experience- drinks served were lukewarm warm, bakery item- chocolate croissant was stale and when addressed the staff to fix it, they refused. This kind of customer service and food quality is exactly why small private businesses struggle to succeed. Very disappointing.

I ordered a Cherub Latte and specifically asked for it to be extra hot. When I received it, the drink was barely lukewarm. I politely asked if it could be made hotter or remade, but the staff refused to do either.
Very disappointing experience, especially for a coffee shop where temperature is such a basic expectation. Customer service was lacking, and I left unsatisfied.

I normally don’t write reviews, but the experience I had here was so unbelievably unprofessional that it needs to be addressed — especially by ownership.
During my visit, I witnessed behavior from the guy at the front desk that was completely unacceptable in any workplace. His attitude was rude, condescending, and honestly embarrassing for a business that’s supposed to care about its customers and staff.
When we politely asked for a simple tour, he acted like we were inconveniencing him just by existing. I’m not 100% sure word for word but I overheard him what seemed to be gossiping about people/his teammates in a tone that was nasty and dismissive. Just a unwelcoming presence and attitude.
Someone with that kind of temperament should not be interacting with customers, let alone being the face of the front desk. It reflects horribly on the establishment and creates an environment that feels hostile and unwelcoming.
Overall, the drinks and food was great and a beautiful place!

A cozy, down-to-earth coffee shop adjoined with a social club & jazz lounge inside an old greenhouse. The menu items are unique and flavor-forward. Definitely need to come back for a jazzy evening!

I love the coffee here. The guy with the glasses always does a great job very skilled, and gets the coffees out in a reasonable time. However, on Saturday October 25 around 1:00 pm I waited 10 minutes to have my order taken while it was not busy at all. After taking my order (the woman in the packers sweatshirt and man in camo head covering) , took 30+ minutes to make a latte and almost an hour to bring out soup, which I asked for a refund on because I had waited for so long. I saw several others wait in line while the workers talked with each other, and tried to look busy. The coffee is great, but the customer service is possibly the worst out of anywhere I have ever gone.

Easily noticeable and accessible great coffee ☕ and selections great differ varieoof coffee and I didn't eat but they have food as well not sure of the selection but it's probably good I'm definitely coming back to find out.The coffee ☕ is great flavors and different flavors for every taste

Ive been hearing about this place for months now so I finally stopped by. I got a cookie butter iced latte with oat milk and it was AMAZING but the highlight of my visit was my barista. She was so cute and fun and genuinely seemed to enjoy what she was doing. You can tell she cares about making each drink with love and also takes the time to make you feel welcome. Olivia if you see this I wish you could be my personal barista! If you're looking for not just amazing drinks but also a warm, lively vibe, definitely come here. This has quickly become my new favorite spot to get work done. There is lots of natural light and so many plants that just makes me want to be productive. It's the kind of place you could settle in for hours to work, read, or just catch up with friends.

Beautiful place but poor service and very overpriced. $9.00 for a stale croissant was ridiculous. We weren't sure what we wanted as we waited in line and they only had one small menu on the wall with daily specials. I noticed a menu sitting on the counter that no one was using and grabbed that so we could see what all they had before getting to the counter so we wouldn't take too long to order. We had just started to look over it and the young lady behind the counter said we had to take a picture of it with our phone or something because it had to stay on the counter. She wasn't overly rude but she definitely wasn't friendly and seemed annoyed. The whole experience wasn't pleasant, it absolutely wasn't a friendly, good vibe in there at all. Will not be returning or recommending to anyone.
