This was my first visit to see Dr. Toma, He was very nice very professional and I really appreciated his input and help. All his office staff were very pleasant too. The office was immaculate. It was a great first visit.

Clean facility. Half of the staff is super friendly the other half clearly doesn’t want to be there. Your questions will get answered differently depending on who you ask at the front desk. Scheduling can be a huge nightmare (depending on who you get at the front desk). Kind of a frustrating experience for new patients.
The doctors are nice but you can tell they are told to get the bare minimum from patients so they can scurry to the next room. Or they don’t care and I’m just giving them the benefit of the doubt.
Overall an average experience. Nothing great, nothing too terrible.

Dr. Toma is the kind of specialist you hope for but rarely find. He listens completely, no interruptions, no ego, and responds with clarity and respect. He took my concerns seriously, and gave me a clear, simple treatment plan. I never felt rushed or dismissed. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the whole visit was smooth from start to finish. The staff was absolutely wonderful to me. There was a question about my ability with my insurance to see Dr Toma. His staff went above and beyond anything I've ever seen to help me be able to keep my appointment. And Dr Toma was terrific. He investigated my problem discovered what it was prescribe me medicine and told me to come back and set up an appointment for me. The staff and the doctor are very caring, courteous, thoughtful and kind.
