The staff was absolutely wonderful to me. There was a question about my ability with my insurance to see Dr Toma. His staff went above and beyond anything I've ever seen to help me be able to keep my appointment. And Dr Toma was terrific. He investigated my problem discovered what it was prescribe me medicine and told me to come back and set up an appointment for me. The staff and the doctor are very caring, courteous, thoughtful and kind.

He's given me hope through this process, hasn't given up on my hearing improvement process, has been patient with me, taking time to explain whatever questions I have.
