This is the worst 5 guys locations ever. If you order ahead they don’t start preparing your food until you arrive. I’ve even waited 20 minutes inside after announcing I was there to pickup my mobile order, watched them give the pattys for my burger to someone who just ordered…They forget extra pattys and other addons. Honestly it’s a joke. Terribly managed. New location is opening up in sylvania and I will never come back to this one.

Top 3 cleanest 5 guys I’ve been to and TOP in service. The whole crew was busy, but in great spirits and communicating. We even had someone come by and ask if everything was ok… which has NEVER happened in a fast casual place for me before. I was there 10/9 at 8:30pm. Kudos to those workers!
