Waited over 30 min. For only one sandwhich, but just couldn't wait any longer so I asked for a refund. Be aware if you want to eat here its a 1 to 2 hour wait for any food whatsoever. There were people who were there before me and they told me they had been waiting 3 hours. While the guy on the grill got mad at his sandwhich maker, because he was leaving the burgers and not wrapping them just letting them get cold.

Haven't been to 5 guys in awhile, but the service was stellar, the food was great and the restaurant was kept very clean. Great visit!
Every single time I come in this store to pick up a to go order I sit for a min of 10 min! When the order should have already been done. It is a joke honestly.
