Great atmosphere! After another restaurant stung us along with disorganized seating we spur of the moment walked into Fleetwoods and I am SO HAPPY we did. Was mildly busy but still plenty of space and super quick service. The mangoCart beer and margarita were good but THE FOOD was EXCEPTIONAL. BBQ Flatbread, pretzels and pub cheese, and the nachos were all sooo good and VERY reasonably priced. All staff were so friendly and the karaoke entertainment was filled with pros! You can tell there is a large "regular" group that goes there and they create a very inviting and fun vibe. Didn't get a chance to see their entertaining spaces upstairs (armory and rooftop bar) but will definitely be returning! Will be dreaming about the flatbread!Kid-friendliness: Saw lots of families. Karaoke was a little loud in my opinion for little kids but it was a very welcoming place for them overall

It’s such a shame. On the weekend of the 4th of July and no one is here. It was 9pm when this picture was taken. The DJ you can barely hear. No live music and the owner of the Mudhens reserved the entire rooftop area for his daughter. They have absolutely failed this restaurant/bar. Such a good location for families and all of downtown Toledo. I hope this reaches the right people. Toledo needs Fleetwood.

St Patty's Day rocked at Fleetwoods. Excellent Bangers and Mash. And beer. What more could you want?

I was here for a friend's wedding on the rooftop and the reception was inside on the top floor. The facility was excellent!

Not the same place it once was. Only open “select” weekends. Never answer the phone even when open. They’ve now leased out the kitchen to a BBQ vendor and the menu is EXTREMELY small. Also, say goodbye to the amazing 40 tap craft beer menu. Now you have a handful of taps that you can get anywhere. Absolutely no need to come here.

It's almost June 2022. They are still not serving food, and have a reduce beverage selection. The Covid excuse is old. Time to get back to normal. I shouldn't get stuck ordering a beer, and then be told I need to leave and go get food somewhere else. It's a bait and switch at this point.

I really want to say this place was a great place. And I understand mistakes happen, but some mistakes are just not forgivable mistakes. And sadly, this has occurred here. This place is a fun place. I love the location and how it's in the middle of Hensville. I actually forgot it's not called Hensville, even though I have been here so many times. I've seen great bands here. I have been to charity events here. It's so open to so many occasions and events and I really appreciate that from such a central downtown place. They have good food, even if it can be a little on the higher end side. However, it is downtown Toledo so that makes sense. I like their big screen for games. I like being able to be downtown and hear a game and the energy of the game without having to be at the game. I like the bar and the layout there. I've met great bartenders there. And this place is a fantastic hang out for St Patrick's Day as they take part in the festivities in Downtown Toledo. However, I will warn you. Only pay in cash. Our trip here one time has changed our whole going out experience. We only take cash and pay cash anymore. We went one time, and we picked up the tab for a big party. This wasn't just a $50 night out. It was a big tab for a birthday party for some friends. Our card was double charged. You can't tell me that someone won't notice a bill that large and it being deducted twice. Fleetwoods was great in admitting the mistake and offering a resolution. I appreciate that. However, being double charged is an ordeal. We had to email some person within Hensville, and upload receipts and bank statements showing the double charging and then wait for them to respond and remove it. Let's not focus on the time the bank takes to return the funds. This would have been an ugly situation if the extra charge would have overdrawn our account. But it's still the point of it. Especially, considering the charge was a Saturday night and we had to wait until Monday for someone in the office to get the email. It's a real life lesson to have this happen. But one event by one staff member shouldn't alter your entire experience of how to manage your money going out.

RIP-OFF We bought tickets to watch the Toledo Walley’s hockey game from the roof top. Poor management, employees, and spaces. Paid $25 per ticket to stand on the roof. No seats or heaters, hardly enough room to see the game. No drinks included. Had to go to the first level for drinks. I asked the staff about seating and a heater and I was informed to leave a “bitchy post” so here we are. Go buy a six pack and watch the tv. This is how we watched the game.

Went for a wedding and was in the upstairs venue. Good place and service. Wait and bar staff was on point. Good view of the Toledo Mud Hens field. Good place for a small to medium wedding. 50-100 guests.

Above and beyond 5 stars!!!!!! We had our wedding reception at the Armory and our cocktail hour on the rooftop. Literally not one detail was out of place or anything short of perfect - all thanks to Troy Hammersmith!!!!! Thank you Troy for making our dreams come true.
