My server lily was amazing everything was super fresh and hot when it came out. All of the staff seemed really nice and I was impressed with their vegan options. I ordered their vegan special which was really good. And their French toast was the best I’ve ever had.

One of my favorite Saturday brunch places after the Farmers Market. I had the shrimp and grits this go round. Did not disappoint!! Took home the muffaletta for my husband and he enjoyed it immensely. My friends enjoyed their meals as well. Very enjoyable.

Awesome place! Great staff. Get the goat cheese balls and doughnuts! Stay for the chicken and waffles! The pastrami hash was filled with taste for days. What a truly great restaurant!

The meal that I had here was very sad. For a cup of mediocre drip coffee, the price was $5. For my meal I ordered the Spicy Chicken Sammy and a side of soup. The soup was literally pasta sauce, it was disgusting and I did not eat it. The sandwich tasted like my memories of eating cheap and sloppy spicy chicken from Burger King as a child. Which is delicious if you are in the mood for it, but my expectation was a decent meal. Not Burger King. The chicken was questionably prepared.Good service and strange decor in the restaurant, but not strange enough to impact my experience if the food was good.2 stars. Would not recommend.

I had the cornbread waffles with the chicken that had Ohio hot sauce on it. The cornbread waffles were amazing and the chicken was good. I won't get the sauce again because it had a sort of a soft bitter taste to it after biting into the chicken(so it's not for me). However the chicken was good and went with the waffles. I'll definitely be visiting again! The atmosphere was pretty quaint because they were getting ready to close but the service was great. The peach tea was also amazing, like refreshing and hand made ☺️

The chicken and waffles was delicious! My husband had the Detroit Pastrami and it was also excellent. They have a variety of cocktails made with alcohol from Toledo Spirits. 100% will come back again!

Update: I mentioned the staff were the saving grace. That was true. I did not offer a complaint but when asked I kindly added that I did not like it, but the pastrami was good. I did not intend to get a reduction in price but they removed the dish from the price. I upped the rating for service and the overall rating as well.Surprisingly underwhelming. While on a day trip to Toledo, we decided to try Fowl & Fodder, due to the high reviews. After we entered, we found ourselves standing around for a while before someone finally came to greet us. There was not a wait to be seated, once greeted, so I'm not sure why the wait initially. No matter. After being seated, we perused the menu which had very interesting choices. I went with the Pastrami Hash while my spouse chose the Cornbread Chicken & Waffles. The first disappointment was the wait for the wood. We occupied the time discussing the details of an upcoming trip and even after an extensive conversation our food had not arrived. The second and more concerning disappointment was the food. The pastrami itself was the only appetizing part of my dish. The other flavors simply do not mix well -- or at least the dish was off today. The chicken in my spouse's dish was way too heavy on the salt. You could barely taste the chicken. The waffle was a nice and necessary break from the flavors of the rest of our dishes. The saving grace was the friendliness of the staff. The restaurant was highly rated so I found it surprisingly underwhelming.

The food was very good but, the wait was horrendous! Even with a reservation made 2 weeks prior, there was still a 45 wait. I hope it was just a holiday rush. A party of 8 - 10 was at the table for over 2 hrs? Our server, Savannah, was great ?

Small place, on the loud side. Can hold a conversation but a lot of background noise. Service was great, and the food was real good, unique items but good

first class food with good portions. Eating here is an experience. Our kids (7 & 8) love it also.

Unless you like vegan and gluten free types of food not the best place. Very overpriced in my opinion. Spent 135 on brunch and the server didn't want to tell me the tip was included so ended up paying 160. Never will be back.
